Long time customer
I’ve been a long time customer of Strobesnmore for many years, and spent thousands of dollars with them.
But after having to fight to get my hard earned money back on two feniex Q series surface mount lights, they will never get my business again.
To tell a customer you are not only refusing their return over an open plastic bag, but that you are mailing me back said light I don’t want, was the single most ridiculous thing I’ve heard in a while.
To then have to argue with your customer service representative that you are withholding $109, over a plastic bag being opened that maybe costs $1.25.
Customers are entitled to open and inspect the products they buy from you. To refuse to allow customers to return a product because they’ve opened the packaging is absurd.

As with most retailers, our return policy states that products that have been opened or tested are not eligible for return. This policy is clearly outlined on our website, in our return policy, and throughout the return portal. The portal specifically asks whether the original product packaging has been opened, as this is a determining factor in whether a return can be accepted.
When submitting your return, you indicated that the bags had not been opened, which allowed the return of the Q Series lights to proceed. However, upon receipt, we discovered that the top of one of the product bags had been completely cut off, leaving us unable to resell the lights in their original condition. Since we are a retailer and not the manufacturer of Feniex products, we do not have replacement packaging available to restore the items to a resalable condition.
Despite these circumstances, we ultimately issued a full refund for both lights as a courtesy.
We understand that you may be unhappy with the return process, but we believe it is important to provide the full context. Our team followed the stated return policy and still chose to make an exception and issue a full refund.
We're sorry that our decision to extend this courtesy did not result in a better experience for you. We appreciate the feedback and will keep it in mind when evaluating similar requests in the future.

This shop is fantastic. When calling their customer service, they give as many details as possible about shipment and orders to give you peace of mind. Great sales and prices. Excellent selection of emergency vehicle equipment. This is my go to shop after doing some digging into other shops like it..there isn't another one like this!

Got a pair of moving heads and a strobe from Strobes N More and they showed up in about three days with no damage. Everything was labeled so setup took me maybe twenty minutes and I have been running them every weekend since with zero issues. Only gripe is the case foam came a little crushed but the lights themselves are solid and bright.
