I’ve just received the pro half rack with cable stacks. Took a couple of evenings to build, but this an absolutely brilliant bit of kit. It’s not bolted to the floor, but no movement at all on the rack while using it. The service I’ve received from Superstrong has been top notch! A couple of items were missing from the order, but received super quick the day after I phoned. Even received quick replies to messages via WhatsApp outside of opening hours. Would strongly recommend them for customer service and the quality of their equipment. Thank you Superstrong!

Super strong have been so helpful. Easy to order, really fast delivery, and Michael has been at the end of the phone with any assembly queries I’ve had. The delivery was missing an important part, so Michael had it expressed to me the next day. Brilliant customer service and would highly recommend!!

I think this company is great with excellent prices. Customer service was brilliant as there was a piece missing from the rack i bought and it was sent out straight away with a gift which i was very grateful for. The rack could be better with less hard (sharp) edges but for the price i cant complain and i am very happy with my purchase

I ordered the 150kg squat rack bundle, flooring, and extra bars, and I can honestly say everything is top quality. From the very first communication through to setup, the whole experience has been spot on. Any damaged items were replaced within a few days with zero hassle, which really stood out.

Fantastic equipment and even better customer service. Got a 6 bay wall mounted rig for our gym. Great quality bars for gymnastics that work well with chalkiness grips. They were also really helpful in getting us different thickness bars for more options for our members.

I ordered the 30kg sandbag and the picture showed this, it was only after a 20kg arrived that I went back into the website and you have to scroll right to bottom to get the weight. Customer service was awful and no help and I have to now pay to return for a refund. I am currently kitting out a home gym and will never order from these guys again!

Update: customer service came back to me and agreed the imaging on the website could lead to misunderstanding of the order and have agreed a refund. I do not have to pay to return the item and can donate it as they did not have any 30kg bags

the item i ordered was not fit for purpose- expecting a battle i contacted customer service. they replied in ten minutes very happy to refund the item when returned. the item was big and awkward and would have been difficult to return so they happily arranged a collection for the next business day. unprecedented customer service. would use again even though i didnt like the original product.

Delivery, impressive kit. Though, one squibble, the storage pins are single hole, thus weak. whilst on the advert shown, and as ordered(!), the storage pins are plated and have double holes for two bolts each. Apart from that, good show.
