My order had gone missing in shipping and they seeked it out and got it on the way that same day. They were very responsive, friendly and apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. It when things don’t go as planned, that really shows the ethics of a company.

The smell inside the shop is heavenly. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Ended up shipping my purchase home (was visiting from out of state). They packed the product with care and shipping was very quick.
