The Reason to NOT ENGAGE with Visa Agents
I came across this visa service through a friend’s recommendation, but my experience has been a complete contrast to the 5-star reviews. The updates I had to chase them for over 3 weeks for a visa appointment I never got:
Update 1. My form was purged by TLS and had to be redone.
Update 2. Lack of appointments at the French embassy. Fine, beyond their control.
Update 3. Appointments were secured for others, but not for my account, due to a “technical error,” which I was only informed of two days later.
I was subscribed to the so-called “auto-update” service, yet received critical updates about technical issues with a significant delay. If I had known in real time, I might have been able to act on it. Instead, I had to chase them for updates. And no, telling me that the auto-update only applies to appointment confirmations is not a valid excuse - you should notify clients of any service/technical issues when they occur, not on Monday when you wake up.
All this only to chase them for the updates according to the timelines they provided for the appointments being released. I don't appreciate the unnecessary sass and condescension from the agent. If I’m paying £150 for a service, I expect a professional service, not to be told I need to "understand the TLS process." That’s literally what you're being paid to do. I wouldn't be spending £150 on a visa if I wanted to sit and understand the TLS process. Of course, after all this, I wanted to seek a refund as I don't wish to engage with these individuals for a whole year, only to be redirected to the 'non-refundable' part of the service, which I never got to begin with. So yeah, a well-deserved 1 star from my end.

We read your novel — gripping stuff. But let’s set the plot straight:
✅ TLS purged your form — not us. If we could control TLS, we'd be issuing visas ourselves (and trust us, the queues would be shorter).
✅ No French appointments available — as much as we’d love to conjure appointments out of thin air, even our magic has limits when the embassy drops the ball. Unfortunately, embassies don't take booking tips from us… yet.
✅ As for the "technical error” — it occurred on a Saturday evening. We don’t run a 24/7 command center like NASA 🚀 and yep, we took the weekend to breathe. First thing Monday morning, we updated you — before even making coffee ☕.
🤖 Auto-update = slot confirmation updates. Not “life updates.” If you’d like those too, we can add a “The Flying Panda: Life Coach Edition” for £9.99/month. 😄
And ah, the sass? We like to keep it friendly and real. But let’s be honest — asking for a full refund on a non-refundable service after missing basic appointment release logic? Bold move.
Anyway, no hard feelings. We genuinely wish you better luck with your future applications. Maybe next time, read the fine print — and give customer service folks a little weekend break too 😉
