Come on time which was stated , put plastic over shoes on without having to ask him . Simple easy way to pay , don’t like on line service paper work I like on paper of which the way I have always been used to

Excellent work.
Excellent work. Phil explained everything as he installed the radiators and the towel rail. As he worked and finished one he tided up all the mess that had been created. Once again thank you for the job you have done. Also would like to thank the office staff for their help when arranging the times and dates for quotes and installation.

Excellent all-round service by both the office staff and the Service Engineer. The latter was very efficient and thorough in all aspects of his work. The 'icing on the cake' for me was he took the trouble to explain and show me features of the CH Boiler which previously I had not understood.

My boiler was leaking and it was 10 years old. I had the good heating company come and look and quote for a replacement. The service I received was excellent and the installation was second to none. Woukd definitely recommend this company

The gentleman arrived on time and was…
The gentleman arrived on time and was very polite. On entering the house he put his over shoes on and then went on to do the yearly boiler inspection. ,he also checked the gas meter and checked that I new how to turn off the gas in an emergency! Before going he asked me if I had a carbon monoxide alarm which I don’t have but will be going to purchase one shortly. All in all he did a great job.

agreed date and time, only to find out after waiting to the end of the time slot that their records showed the date as a week later, finally got someone to sevice the boiler at 4.30 (should have been between 1-3) wasted an afternoon!

As we discussed with you on the day, your appointment had been made on the system for the 9th of March in error, as you say, it should have been 9th of February. We were extremely apologetic that this had happened and we sent an engineer out to you straight away.
We cannot guarantee an exact time of arrival due to some appointments taking longer than others, and on occasion, an appointment may be slightly later than advised. However, on this occasion this was a mistake made by us which should not have happened and once again we would like to apologise that you waited in all afternoon for the appointment.
I hope that we somewhat redeemed ourselves by getting an engineer to carry out your boiler service straight away. The engineer that attended was happy come out to you even though his working day had ended in order to get your boiler serviced on the day which you had originally arranged.
We would like to thank you once again for your feedback and hope that this has not deterred you from using our services again in the future.

Excellent service. I phoned early morning as my boiler was not working and I had no heating. The engineer arrived by 11 30, and worked quickly and expertly to put the matter right.

So impressed with GHC.
We’ve just moved to Yorkshire and needed a new boiler very quickly. Good Heating Company were recommended and we’re absolutely thrilled at the service from Lisa, Phil and Alan.
