The quality speaks for itself & every single new range is amazing! The staff & teams customer service is incredible & always responsive to any enquiries I have about new lines added to the site. There will never be another pyjamas brand that beats the quality of these pyjamas. You will not regret buying these. BEAUTIFUL all round. Always a very happy customer

Each collection has been nothing short of incredible and so unique. You can always tell just how much love and dedication has gone into every piece. I still have and wear my very first set of pajamas, and I continue to buy them for family and friends. In fact, I even included The Nap Co in my hen do gift bags and wore it on my wedding day, alongside my bridesmaids!

I absolutely love my NAP Co pyjamas, I’ve purchased 3 sets and they are the comfiest clothes I own. I’ve also purchased the sleep bra and would highly recommend. The products we’re beautifully packaged and are a timeless product that will last for years. Can’t wait to buy my next purchase!

Appalling customer service. Initially had ordered refunded to a gift card which is bad enough, then put in another order which I wanted to return because the fit and quality was so poor (also impossible to assess product from the website images). Said they wouldn’t give a refund- so effectively have taken money. Then offered to send goods to the same value but now won’t respond to my instagram messages. Managed to contact them via email but refused to investigate properly and now closed the ‘case’ and gave various lies about why my messages were ignored. Odd that there’s no contact details on their website.

I purchased some pyjamas for £65, unfortunately when I received them I didn’t think too much about the quality. They had no branded labels and could have easily been exactly what was sold on Shein. The material felt pretty cheap and horrible on the skin. I recently sold them for £5 and when the buyer received them, they commented on the poor quality. They were obviously expecting a lot more from this brand. I could not recommend this brand if they are willing to sell something so cheap for such a high price. I know it’s on me for not questioning them at the time but it’s a really disappointing product.

here is how the RMA process goes.
Me: i would like to return X. i have given you the PO, date, serial number, and all data on X.
napco customer service: this is easy! here is a ticket number, just reach out to the returns department to return it.
me:..... ok.... are you going to provide the email for the returns department?
napco customer service: oh right, here it is (week later)
napco returns department: you need to talk to tech support.
me:... ok.... do you have an email for tech support?
napco returns department: no
napco returns department: *never posts a phone number, email, or information online. stops replying to emails*

never selling their products again. it took over a month of pulling teeth to get this far.

Super disappointed with this company. I was super excited for my order to arrive. When it arrived I saw there was one item missing. When I sent the email to them I was very fast and annoyed and was trying to say one pyjama is missing from my order. The way the team replied to my email was very disappointing. The proof of delivery clearly shows an opening in the package and due to the angle it does not seem that much opened but was clearly opened. The behaviour of the staff replying to my email trying to imply something else happened. I have a very well paid job and could buy all their pyjamas. They have lost a long lasting customer because of their behaviour!

Amazing pyjamas, exceeded expectations. Usually buy a well know brand at twice the price, never again, so soft and so comfortable, and look gorgeous to. I am perimenopause stage and some fabric really irritates me now, so to find a pair SO comfy is just fantastic.

I ordered a pair of pyjamas as a treat for myself. The item was delivered incorrectly to the neighbours house and the company were less than accommodating when I tried to find out the whereabouts of my item. Just a simple, sorry we can’t help you and you will need to fill a police report.

It was then that my neighbour told me he had the package, and I got it much later as he was on holiday. I contacted the company to explain this and that I would like to return the item. They were not forthcoming and kept mentioning the 14 days return period. However, the item was only located much later than that and the courier is at fault here. I will never use this site again.

I had to write a review after receiving my napco order, I am obsessed with this brand and the quality.
This won’t be my last purchase and I can’t wait to add more to my sleepwear collection.
It’s a huge yes from me! After trying numerous brands over the years, this one stands out the most.

Unfortunately there is nothing luxury about this brand.
Parcel arrived with a chewed up pen inside.
Robe had dirt marks all over it.
And the sizing is completely off.

Just another Instagram brand not worth the time.

If I could wear my nap co pyjamas all day everyday, I would. I get SO EXCITED to put them on, they fill me with joy and comfort - I'm not even being dramatic! 🤣

Purchased the grey bra that was of ‘sporty’ design from the NAP co and it’s horrific!
Sections of material glued together, edges frayed and lifted. The uni-cup within was hanging out and state they are from China with their sizing system on.
The glued sections were loose and coming away from one another/ hanging on by a thread.

I contacted and faced THE rudest customer service imaginable. I was told ‘tough’ and ‘the bra is supposed to be like that’ -although oddly online was sleek and different/ heavily edited if it is actually meant to be this way.

Made in China cheaply, then hefty price placed on in the UK.
Shameful for the quality.

The quality is ok, not too bad but for the price point there’s definitely better options. Customer service is really shocking, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately can’t do that with this company. Wouldn’t ever buy again or recommend

I ordered bras from this company. not only was the delivery amount equal to the price of the product, when I received the product the sizes were not regular European sizes but like from Aliexpress: I always wear size S, but here even L was very small, and when I asked to change the size, they refused me without explaning reasons and did not return the money in full.

Ordered several items after seeing them in an influencer

One was faulty - bodysuit where the fastening clips weren’t there on one side

Just awful customer service
Emailed photos using email address on website but no reply so chased and chased
Finally a reply being told I used the wrong email.
I had to push to get them to send me a pre-paid postage return form.
I included another item for return in the package.
They deducted £5 off my refund for the return postage despite having sent me a faulty item. They said this was the cost of returning the other item in the bag but I used royal mail a lot and they have made a profit on that return postage and not covered the cost of returning the faulty item.
Seems minor but don’t value customers or treat them right.

Actually shocked to see the 1* star reviews after a great experience!

I had an issue with their delivery carrier Royal Mail who marked my delivery as delivered when I didn’t have my items. I wrote to their customer service and got a replacement sent the next day! They were helpful and really quick in sorting. Ive had this issue before and the company wouldn’t send again so i’m really happy they understood my frustration.

The product is super soft, luxurious and a great fit. No wonder they’re always sold out!
