Oddly I have noticed many of the 1* reviews have been removed, however I can relate to their experience. I can only assume this 'dick turpin'esque company has been having them removed through trust pilot.

My order arrived damaged.
I contacted customer service and faced being told that 'they are designed that way- you just don't like them'.
I am certain they were not designed with: bobbling, pulls, fraying, poorly put together pieces of material and dirt marks covering the item.

The sports bra in-particularly is poorly made. the straps do not adjust, so unless you are an Olympic muscular athlete -they won't fit and are un-adjustable.

Customer service are ridiculously obnoxious. Their arrogance makes them incredibly un-pleasant to deal with and is clearly a reflection of the company ownership.

Over-priced tat made in China (mine also still had all the markings and stickers on from the country of origin), £5 same county (UK) postage, non-environmentally friendly and certainly not customer service qualified.

I won't be buying from here again, and don't recommend the brand.

What a shocking, rude level of customer service.

Paid £63 to receive two bras including £5 postage.
Needed to exchange to get a different size and paid another £5 to return the goods. Without any further communication they refunded £58 (so, the £5 charge to send the goods which they have received as brand new returns).I don't mind paying to receive the goods but to have paid to return and then have them keep their charge ... What a bunch of scoundrels. And the smirkiest most sarcastic little customer service messages. Such a shame because the items are really lovely. Anyway, my credit card company refunded me the £5 which I will donate to charity: but avoid, avoid, avoid.

Ordered 2 pairs of pyjamas, including a gift box which I paid £10 as one pair was for a gift. Gift box arrived damage (due to inadequate packaging). Had to email 3 times over 8 days before I received a reply. They lied to me and said they had processed a refund 3 days prior, which they had not, and then refused to send a replacement gift box. Would not recommend this company.

I had the same issue as a previous reviewer: tried to exchange a product (so sent it back, at my own expense) and never received the new size.

Tried to go to Instagram to comment on one of their posts to try to get their attention but they seem to restrict or block comments on most of their posts, which makes me wonder if they don’t get quite a lot of negative feedback there…

In any case, a really poor experience for me but a great one for them: they got to keep my money AND their product 🙄

Took my money and my bra! Bought a bra and knicker set. Sizing on the site is really unclear and I’m a DD so the original bra I purchased did not fit. Tried to exchange it but their returns/exchange system is very poor and manual. They never sent me back my new size and there’s no way to track the status of the return/exchange so now I’ve basically thrown £30 in the bin with no accountability from the company for providing me with the product I paid for in return.

Was already a bit suspicious as the site seems a bit shoestring and was additionally worried when they didn’t send back a returns tag (no tracking; no accountability), and it was all confirmed with this outcome.

I’m now looking into whether this is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We’re all time-poor and dealing with this company has taken so much more of my time (and money, considering I never got my product) than it should have. Will not be recommending or giving this company any more of my money.

Bought a sleep bra just a few months ago. The fabric feels amazing and they are so comfy and supportive. However, the quality does not last. At £30, a bra should last significantly longer than a few months before rippling/stretching etc. Customer service not helpful, simply told me sorry you've had the item past the return window so there's nothing we can do. I agree that I have had the items past the return window, but the quality is not acceptable and there should be a solution provided, particularly when it has only been worn a few times and all washing instructions followed. Won't be purchasing again.

Very well made luxury products. Everything feels so beautiful on the skin. The bras and pyjamas are beyond comfortable and soft. I have recently purchased the maxi robe and it is the best thing I’ve ever put on! It’s now my every day go to for getting ready in the morning and my fave thing to put on post baths! I am currently pregnant and only want to wear The Nap Co 24/7. Pure luxury and comfort. Fully recommend ordering their whole range! And delivery is super fast ✨

The customer service is either non existent or just extremely rude and poor. The bras and pyjamas themselves are lovely and I have gone back to buy more even though I was reluctant to given the horrendous customer service. Be warned that knickers are non refundable and are extremely expensive for what they are. It only mentioned this on one style of knickers (I was pointed out delightfully) and not the ones I bought! So couldn’t get a refund. Think they need to look at their website and iron out a few parts and maybe get rid of the rude unhelpful staff and get some that actually respond to your questions instead of ignore. Even on instagram your questions are ignored or deleted. The clothes are extremely expensive for what they are, however they are very good quality and do recommend if you want to spend that extra bit of money.

I bought some scrunchies (Large Scrunchie Set X3 in Champayagne, Bronze & Pearl) from the nap co on 08/07/23. I’m not sure if they are discontinuing the item, but irrespective please see the following review.

The scrunchies are beautifully soft, but are misleadingly small in comparison to the few photos available online and on their website. Smaller than the standard scrunchies I have, as well as other brand silk scrunchies I have. I had originally been intending to use these are my nighttime tie up scrunchies, but I’m not sure that will be possible. I will use them for daytime use which was still an intended use for them, but I’m slightly disappointed by this! The colours are beautiful and natural in tone. I would say the item title needs to be amended and images available more reflective, or measurements available.

The best pjs, underwear and tshirts ive ever bought. The quality of all the items I have bought from here have been Absolutely amazing. I love this brand and would never go anywhere else now.

I have placed three orders with Nap co within a few weeks after making my first order as was so pleased with the quality and amazing softness of the products. Absolutely loved the pyjamas from my first order so have just ordered two more, wish was acceptable to wear pyjamas in public as just never want to take them off! The underwear is so comfortable to wear it feels like a second skin.Really impressed with the customer service also, very helpful and quick to respond x

The Nap Co PJ’s are by far the best quality! They’re super soft and with living in a hot country they’re always comfortable to wear, all year round!
Customer service was quick and helpful when required too.

I have loved the NAP Co since the day it begun! The quality has just got better & better as time has gone on - you can tell how much the design team really care about fabric & texture without compromising on style. I love seeing what new products come from this brand - I swear when I first bought one of the T shirts I wore it every day for a week until I could get my hands on more in every colour (weirdly still smelt fresh also - must be a really breathable fabric?!) I can’t wear any other bras either, the support they give you is unbelievable as I would never think you could get this from a wireless bra while feeling like a second skin. If you want to feel gorgeous but super comfy - then this is the brand for you. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for The NAP Co! x
