The best quality sleepwear and underwear I’ve ever worn. Every time I wash them it’s like they are brand new again because the fabrics are so luxurious. Couldn’t reccomended them enough, get so excited for each new drop!

The Nap Co has become a firm favourite brand of mine. From the customer service to the quality of the items, everything has been perfect. I have found that the sleepwear have kept thier shape and softness after every wash and I now have 6 sets, which speaks volumes about this brand. I love the nap co! The customer service is great, they go out their way to accommodate. The cotton is super soft and I practically live in mine. I love how Siobhan always has new collections out too. They are the must have pj!
I love this independent brand
I love this independent brand. I have 3 uniquely styled pyjama sets. I love them. They’re such good quality - so silky and lightweight. I have had no issue when washing them, the quality remains silky, soft and strong. They’re the perfect gift for a loved one, I’ve brought friends pairs for Christmas and they’ve ended up buying more. I currently have a soft sleep bra on order and can’t wait for it to arrive.

The Nap Co gets a 10/10 from me every time!
I’ve brought sleepwear from The Nap Co on several occasions, most recently I brought matching pairs for me and my mum for Christmas - they made the most perfect gift. I’ve got both the Rayon and Satin style pj’s and both have lasted really well, each time I wear them they feel like new again!
As well as being a PJ fan I’ve also tried their silk sleep mask and it’s so gentle and kind to your skin! After investing in skincare I’ll never use anything other than silk on my skin now and this mask is perfect!
Another silk product from The Nap Co that I use every day are their silk scrunchies! I’ve been using these for a few years now and will never revert back to a standard bobble. I can see that these scrunchies have reduced breakage in my hair where my ponytail sits!
The Nap Co products have become part of my daily life, adding luxury and quality - I’ve had pyjamas from them over 2 years now and they’ve lasted beautifully.
I’ve always found The Nap CO’s attention to detail and quality provided second to none. Whenever I’ve had a query about an order their customer service team have always been really helpful.

I recently purchased a second pair of pajamas from The Nap Co, and again I was super impressed! I was shocked to see some negative comments on here so I wanted to share my experience with the brand...
First of all, the attention to detail is amazing. From the packaging to the stitching, everything screams luxury and looks great. The fabric is super soft and perfect for a good night's sleep. Despite being so delicate, the material is durable and long-lasting. I was worried the colour would fade and the material would lose its softness, but I have had my old pair for over a year now and they still look and feel as good as new. I will definitely be buying another pair in the future!

Purchased the Nap Co sleep bra and a satin stripe trouser set in the PJs.
I have to say I love the quality of the fabric used, the sleep bra feels like Skims but better! And the PJs are so luxurious feeling whilst also being comfortable to wear around the house. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to wear anything else- would recommend!

Unfriendly brand
Unfriendly owner/staff would not recommend purchasing from. I’m extremely upset and disappointed to be leaving this review. This is my first purchase with the brand after following/supporting the brand for so long and loving the look of the products. I finally decided to treat myself to some pieces. Unfortunately one of the items was poorly packaged and arrived very creased. The bra falls down revealing my nipples on full display. The material also leaves hair clinging to it. I’ve messaged via Instagram for help and in these circumstances I should be entitled to a free return like other businesses would do where items are sent not as described/faulty. I was spoken to very meanly and intimidatingly which I didn’t understand as I was only messaging for help and remained kind throughout the situation. The brand refused a free return and told me I have 10 days to return or I will not be refunded and they blocked me straight after so I wasn’t able to respond. I was looking forward to my first purchase however this experience has completely changed my opinion of the brand as no customer should have to experience being treated unprofessionally/harshly.

I have received the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced in my entire lifetime! I ordered a few bras from this company based on the recommended size on their website. However when the items arrived they did not fit. I contacted customer services to exchange the items for a larger size and requested they cover the cost of postage due to misguided information. The responses I received were so incredibly rude, dismissive and unhelpful! Not only did they refuse to cover the cost of the returns but no gesture was offered for the inconvenience I've been caused! I have no idea how a company can display such appalling customer service and think it's acceptable, it has put me off ever ordering from them again! Absolute zero care for their customers.
Refund not supplied based on fabricated photos
I bought a top from TheNapCo online store. It was too small, so I returned it, in pristine condition, for a refund. The top was then returned to me by TheNapCo, along with an email saying the top was covered in stains and so would not be refunded. Their customer service also sent me a photo of a top covered in stains, which is not mine. I have sent photos in return, showing the top is completely unmarked. I have also offered to have a video call to prove this, but their customer service just keep stating the top is covered in stains. I don't know whether they have made a genuine mistake, or whether they are just dishonest and this is how they get out of providing refunds.
