Branch is open close to me

Branch is open close to me, when I go in the staff are very helpful and give me very good financial advice and support. If my branch closes I would go somewhere else where I can walk in and conduct my business. I like face to face, this is why I am satisfied with you because I get this service. Thank you 👍

Some one to talk to

It was great to actually go in and speak to someone about what you want, they were kind, helpful and made you feel welcome, it makes a change not to be told how to do things digitally.

Great customer service not only product…

Great customer service not only product wise but personal wise. Very helpful and kind as I was not feeling well at the time . Nothing was too much trouble and I was easily put at ease. Product knowledge easily explained . It's a shame other banks and societies don't have this personal service. Well done Long Eaton staff.
