Branch is open close to me, when I go in the staff are very helpful and give me very good financial advice and support. Great customer service not only product wise but personal wise. Very helpful and kind as I was not feeling well at the time . Nothing was too much trouble and I was easily put at ease. Product knowledge easily explained . It's a shame other banks and societies don't have this personal service. Well done Long Eaton staff.
