I submitted pictures to the merchant and the organic wine store dealt with the situation, obviously the fault of UPS, responsibly and quickly. Thank you organic wine store.

Great overall experience
Wines were great, and they came with charming personalised tasting notes for each one. Packaging is environmentally friendly. Highly recommended.

I did not receive my order in time for…
I did not receive my order in time for Christmas. Although disappointed the company reached out and explained that there was a jam-up with shipping due to the holiday. Merchandise was tracked and as promised delivered on December 27 th. Great communication between customer and merchant. Would not hesitate to order from Organic Wines again.
