The Robot Mower Avis 

I have some 6 acres and steep slopes to cut. I spoke to the robot mower company and thank goodness I did. Luke’s advice on a suitable mower was spot on, price was competitive and ordering and delivery were faultless. But what makes this company truly exceptional is the level of service. My understanding of technology is limited(my children would say non existent!). I need not have worried. Luke set the machine up and explained all I needed to know about operating it. I have rarely come across such outstanding service. It is also reassuring to know that I can contact the company at any time for advice. If you are looking to buy a robot mower I would advise you look no further than The Robot Mower Company. They are outstanding.

Amazing customer service from Luke and team. I liked the unbiased advice on the phone which led me to the Mammotion LUBA Mini 2 1500 LiDAR model. There were prompt WhatsApp replies and it was particularly helpful to be able to send a WhatsApp video of my garden layout including the 65% slopes and several retaining walls. This gave me real piece of mind when buying the next most expensive thing on my property after my car. No doubt in my mind that buying here is better than direct from manufacturer.

Update on the mower too, ‘Mowana’ is doing just fine. She got a little confused on some of the narrower strips behind the retaining walls but deleting and remapping that part a couple of times and dividing into smaller segments sorted that out. Also totally eats up the slopes on my property and is saving me hours of precious time to be getting on with more productive work.

I discovered I had made an error after having taken receipt of a robot mower garage. I contacted Luke and explained the situation which was my sole responsibility. He kindly said he would try to resolve the issue which they were under no obligation to do and after a short time Luke contacted me to say he had sorted the issue on my behalf. This is what I call good old fashioned customer service and I have no hesitation in recommending The Robot Mower company.

Helpful unbiased advice from Luke Smith. I ended up going the Navimow route. Luke gave realistic delivery dates and, subsequently, an efficient service. A couple of after sales calls were required and he responded promptly.
I would certainly recommend this company for either those just wanting solid advice or, taking the plunge and investing in a robot mower. I am confident they will keep up the excellent service and, so far, have referred several of my friends.

Staff were extremely helpful, made me feel assured I was making the right decision. The mower arrived very quickly and was easy to set up and is now happily mowing our lawns.

I honestly don’t know why I waited so long to get a Navimow—it’s a brilliant piece of kit! The setup was incredibly easy, and it’s doing a sterling job on my garden. The GPS navigation is a huge plus and makes the whole experience seamless.
I also have to give a massive shout-out to Luke for his outstanding customer service. He has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He answered every single one of my questions instantly, and he was always so friendly and polite. It is rare to find such high-quality support these days, and his company really deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

I was looking to buy a Mammotion robot mower and spoke directly to the Robot Mower by Whatsapp. They were very helpful with their advice and concerned with making sure i was making the right decision. in the end we decided that they didnt have a suitable unit for me at this time, but the chap i spoke to was still prepared to give me his time. if you are looking to buy and install a high end robot mower you should use this company for starters.

Not only did i purchase a new Segway Robot from Robot Mower they also installed it too - it's amazing BTW. I have also started to use there lawn fertiliser products which work great. Thoroughly recommend Luke and the team there.

We have had an excellent ongoing support from Paul. The Robot Mower were the only company to suggest a way of extending the power cable from the house to the charge point, and to help with sourcing... We then purchased because of the presales support and have had excellent aftercare.

Having decided I wanted a robotic lawn mower, I spoke over the ‘phone to Paul, to discuss the available options according to the size of my lawn. He was very knowledgable and I decided on the model to suit my needs. I made the order on the website and three days later it arrived by DPD carrier. An excellent service from start to finish. Very pleased with the mower and it is fascinating watching it work.

Can’t recommend the robot mower us enough. Paul helped me out on a bank holiday weekend and all i did was ask a question about my mower that wasn’t bought from them. Great service fantastic help in my hour of need. Highly highly recommend them
