Great customer service, but flawed product
My first order of 22oz. stadium cups arrived with blotches and scratches on them. Their customer service was great and promptly sent me a completely new order. Unfortunately, 1/3 of the cups in the new order had marks on them too. I decided to keep them and not say anything. I just won't order from them again.

We don't normally get complaints or issues like this and it is quite troubling to us that you are not happy with your order. We are going to reimburse your order 1/3 of the total order value as it seems you are still unhappy with 1/3 of the cups you received. Great product!
This is the second time Ive ordered and the second time I’ve been so impressed! I order for my kids graduations. These are the biggest hit and greatest party favor! The first time I ordered was in 2019 and they are still in use at our house and floating around all over!

My first order of graduation cups had my son's name misspelled . I emailed them and they were apologetic and shipped new cups right away ! No hassle or anything. The cups are nice quality and I'd definitely order again!
