It's so wonderful to be able to talk again to a caring and conscientious associate again! Because of individuals like Lisa, I will consider United first...when making my next reservation! I believed I was calling British when my friend did a search for British Airlines and gave me this phone number. It was hard to understand the man I was talking to. I told him I wanted to upgrade my seat from London to Seattle. I thought he said the upgrade was $700 and even repeated this number to my friends to see if they thought I should pay that much. They thought it was high but agreed it was worth a more comfy seat. So I told the agent helping me, “OK.” Instead, he came back and told me I was being charged $4000. I immediately told him that was unacceptable for a seat upgrade and not even into a higher class seat. He told me it was too late. Even at airlines, you have 24 hours to change your mind. I was furious, and to top it off, he gave me a middle seat, not the window I asked for. I got a manager, and they offered to reduce it to $2500. I still said no, it was still too pricey, but they refused to give me my original seat back and refund my money. They told me I would need to call in the morning and gave me a British Airways number. I called the British number, and they informed me the number I called/ prior agent to upgrade was actually a travel agent company and NOT British. I asked if I could get my original seat back, and they said the seat was no longer available and they luckily got me a window seat. I called this travel company when I returned from my trip and asked for a copy of the "recorded call" to get to my bank, and THEY REFUSED!! Why would you refuse to let me have the recorded call, unless it was clear I misunderstood the cost?? And why would you issue me a whole new ticket versus letting me know I would do better to call British directly??? They only care about money, not customer service!!!
Cole was amazing at helping me get to a family wedding when everything looked bleak and I am so appreciative of his care.

The gentleman that helped me out, was very kind and understanding, and able to assist us in being able to utilize our points to get tickets that we had to cancel in the past due to a problem that had arise. We would definitely suggest this company to others as they have been extremely helpful to us.

Ryan provided excellent customer service! He was very patient with me. I am a senior citizen, and the technical aspect of the process for purchasing a ticket was confusing. He repeated over and over without making me feel uncomfortable. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Hazel was an outstanding representative when one was needed most after a recent death in the family.
Her service was very prompt and very professional and I can’t imagine what else I can say about the outstanding service that I received from her and United Airlines

Mr. Richard Branson provided outstanding support for our travel reservations. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive while working our numerous requests and itinerary modifications.
