I went to a service center and waited…

I went to a service center and waited 30 Min before being helped as internet data di not work. Then they told me to wait 10 mim. As they had to reset the sistem. I had to wait another hour as they let other coustomers pass in front of me. They keep sending messages that internet data Is finished but I bought 30 GB and only used 5. Also can't place calls or Sms even dought Is suppost to be unlimited. They are a scam trying to force you to recharge all the time. Now After 3 days am back at another store to ask then to fix It. We should sue them!!

Bad manner leaving garbage

Bad manner leaving garbage. Your people have installed internet at my neigbours house. They threw the garbage that was left on the side of the road in the grass next to my house and drove of. That is unacceptable. Bad manners. You need to educate and tell your employees to take their garbage with them. Not pollute Thailand with it. I have pictures of the bags if you like.

Truecorp building cell tower in Kathu, Phuket, dangers property and people

Truecorp ( TRUE ), a mobile phone network company is building cell towers near a housing development in Kathu, Phuket, Thailand. They did not inform the locals about building of the cell tower before starting to work on Sunday on 8 October 2017.

The cell tower is only few meters of the closest wall and house, and there is so little land that tower cannot be secured properly. If the cell tower fell it would cause damage to nearby houses, electric cables and office building and the public road.

It is likely there will be problems in the future because the building site is at base of a hill which will be very wet during the rainy season. There are regular flooding in the area as the water comes down the hill.

Truecopr did not inform the local residents about the building project. They did not tell about health risks such as headaches, cancer, tinnitus to people who live near cell towers suffer from. There are children living near by the cell tower suffering from nonionizing electromagnetic fields that are the fastest growing forms of environmental pollution.

The locals are very disappointed about the conduct and lack of respect by Truecorp in month of October when the whole nation is mourning. Truecorp should stop building the cell tower and put it somewhere else, so it is not so close to houses endangering health of young children and local residents.

The location where Truecorp started to build on Sunday 8 October near Loch Palm golf course is unsuitable for cell tower. A better and safer location could be found for such project.

Bad Customer Service and watch out for wi-fi charges

Contacted customer service via the online chat service. The staff member said she would send me the chat log after the session as the chat window does not allow to save the log or copy-paste. So if the customer service agent types a phone number or opening times of a true move branch you have to write it down by hand or take a screenprint of the window. For a chat session of 10-20 minutes, it is not easy.

The staff member from yesterday did not send me the log, she did however send the wi-fi usage log that I requested. I contacted TrueMove through the TrueCorp website chat service again today, her colleague said she cannot send the chat log for the current session and to contact her colleague about the previous session. However, I had contacted her colleague last night to say that I had not received the chat log.

The staff member today took forever to respond to the chat dialog, and I had to repeat several times the same thing to get any coherent response. Sometimes she took several minutes to respond. Also, received guarded responses.

Be careful if you use wi-fi with Truemove on pay-as-you-go plans. I requested the wi-fi to be disabled after finding that it was connecting automatically and staying connected even when it was turned-off on the device. Customer service agent says it is because I had not logged out from the wi-fi service.
