Reasonably priced, great product and clear service. Best timber windows on my road.

Vytautas is a highly skilled specialist. He sold us the services the first time he came to survey the property. His team is small yet works fast. Communication is clear. Very clean-cut quality and service.

British Viktor and his company were recommended by the main builder, Home Republic, for supplying and fitting 2x skylights for our project. Although delivered one week late, the old units were removed and taken away with no damage to the freshly refurbed roof, installed within one day and communicated well with managers on site. Highly recommend, as completed faster than expected.

Had full house timber heritage doors and windows - overall, 20 units were supplied and installed by UGS. Fetched them accidentally, as I was passing the commercial construction site in Camden (my local) and took contact details from the van. Was reluctant; asked for a quote out of curiosity. The quote came back more reasonable than what I received from three other companies. Surprisingly high-quality units, matched the already existing, council-approved drawings and specifications provided by the competitors. Great value for money, top-quality product, and on-time service. Now Victor is supplying the same units to all my neighbours.

Communication sometimes slow, compensated by on-time delivery and great installation. Post-installation, one door needed adjusting; attended the next day, no questions asked.

Ultimate Glass offered us an amazing choice of glazing capabilities for the timber units we ordered for the house. Feels like a mix-and-match shop at a very reasonable price. Post-sales communication is just enough and not too much. We had no project manager, so UGS handled the project very well. We are not micro-managers, so the service worked wonders for us. We ordered, paid and found it installed with docs to follow. Windows look and work amazing. Very happy.

Ultimate Glass Solutions was recommended to me by a colleague. I was looking for Crittall doors for the house with fireproof glass. Ended up getting aluminium windows and sliding doors as well. I really liked the website, especially the doors and windows part. All very simple and no long technical text. The director, Victor, surveyed himself, and his knowledge of craft is so deep and settling that we decided to order everything from him. Also, there were no salespeople chasing after the surveying, which saved my time and attention. I value the service, which allows me to get on with my work and life. Thank you, Victor. Communication 4 stars UGS worked quickly and the communication was very clear. The director, Vytautas, speaks many languages, and it was easy to communicate. We ordered rooflights, balustrades and few aluminium casements. The team was quick and our ordered units did come on time. Although the communication was sometimes slow, but when the order arrived and the installation was done, we were very happy. I was scared about the deposit payment (my friend had theirs simply taken away, and there are some kind of stories….). I recommend Vytautas and his team. Especially if English is the second language and need to feel safe.

Had timber sashes and a set of timber bi-folds installed. Great service, quick installation, no mess. Highly recommend for windows and doors.

UGS provided a variety of different products, including front door, opaque and glazed doors, French doors and windows, for our whole house renovation and extension.
We are happy with the quality and final result and received good value for money.
There were a few issues and delays along the way, but UGS always communicated / responded quickly and displayed good customer service. For example, the composite door could not be supplied so UGS supplied aluminium door instead at no extra cost. Another example is that the front door, was supplied without a letter box, but this was quickly rectified.
Would recommend.
