Unorganised unprofessional circus of a company
First this is not about the operation the operation went well and the Doctor and nurses were excellent and friendly.
So after my consultation which was very good I was hoping for dates in July unfortunately July dates were not suitable to my work schedule.
After a couple emails I heard nothing asked again about dates in August and was completely ghosted worried about already spending £250 and not having a operation I reapplied.
Only doing that did I get a date then arranged a day for payment in which I be called which surprise I was not had to phone them, due to concerns of my job we couldn't do the payment but agreed to be called on Monday guess what no call! Only on Tuesday after I paid and had operation am supposed to have a aftercare call after 1 week and booked for follow guess what? No call no booking ghosted again.
I never had a company that is so unorganised I was worried the appointment wasn't going to happen every call supposed to happen never did on the day its completely unprofessional I expected so much more from a private clinic I was actually relieved that I somehow managed to get a appointment, paid, and operated on as felt I had to do the organising myself and knew there would be no follow up sadly despite the doctor and nurses good job this company is complete shambles.

Professor Black is a leader in his field
I first attended the Vein Clinic in Harley Street in September 2025 and saw Professor Stephen Black who did an initial diagnosis of the varicose vein in my leg and referred me for an ultrasound scan. Following the results of the scan I then attended the clinic in December and had foam sclerotherapy carried out by Professor Black. I attended a follow up appointment in February 2026 and as of now, August 2026, the small hard lump left after the treatment has all but disappeared. I cannot recommend Professor Black highly enough. If you have a varicose vein issue do go see Stephen Black.

My only criticism was the price, although they were advertising both legs for approx £3,500, my treatment was alot more.

Spider veins removal …
Up on my recent visit for a diagnosis of spider veins I have had a scan and happy with the outcome results. procedure for the next step for removal of spider veins is on going and waiting now for an appointment to be arranged.
I can honestly say when I walked into the clinic it was peaceful , calm and relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.

First Class
Exemplary service from the first phone call to treatment and aftercare. Every member of staff from the reception, to nurses, assistants, consultants and doctors has been friendly, polite, professional and helpful. They will happily help with every aspect of your treatment plan and reassure any worries. The treatment itself only took an hour, was much less invasive than I'd anticipated, and you can walk out!
I was a little anxious, but the personnel at the vein centre are professional and it's what they do every day, so you're in safe hands.
Would recommend anyone thinking about it to go ahead and get their veins treated.

Excellent care from the UK vein clinic
From the first interaction on the phone through to the subsequent scans and then treatment, the UK vein clinic have been responsive, kind and professional throughout. The team on the day of the procedure were extremely kind and dealt with my nerves through clear explanation and reassurance throughout. Even after the procedure when I experienced an unexpected complication I heard back from the after sales care team, out of hours, within an hour and they reassured me that all was well. I then received a follow up email the next day to check I was ok.
