I recently used this company and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with great communication throughout.
The team were friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, but they absolutely do.

From an initial conversation with Jason, to liaising with his team member Emma the whole experience of creating a will was very straight forward , conversations to emails to documentation and finalisation made the whole experience quick and easy. Highly recommend Viva Planning.

We spoke to Jamie who gave us great advice for our current situation in life.
We are 72 and 68 years old and have some things in place for later life.
Jamie said that we need to change our wills to tennants in common and put one half in trust so it cannot be taken when one of us has to go into a care home.
I would recommend anyone 50 years and over to get good legal planning advice with Viva planning.

I have just had a very constructive and interesting chat with Jamie at vivaplanning who gave me some sound advice when approaching care cost and home ownership. Sadly there is little I can do as a single person in this regard but he has given me some extremely good advice with regards to wills and power of attorney.

Excellent advice from Viva Planning
I have just had a very long consultation with Frank at Viva Planning regarding Care Home Fees and having to have my property sold to pay for them. A property that my Husband and I worked very hard for and had hoped that our daughter would get the benefit of! I was given some good options and would recommend, 100%, anyone with the same concern to get in touch with this company!

Free advice. I had a free planning call with Lee. Lee was very helpful and patient with me. He gave me a comprehensive overview of my options and guided me through various options.
