Nothing bad to say!

Dealt with James who helped with an issue on our voyager database.
Although the issue wasn't dealt with very quickly, James was very helpful and explained everything clearly in good detail.
I believe he will be an asset to the company.

Excellent service and easy to you use

Excellent service and very easy to use.
We've also been very impressed with the thorough training received.
So far Voyager is exceeding our expectations and we're delighted with our new database.

Overall Voyager is very detailed and…

Overall Voyager is very detailed and requires a lot of time in order to get thing precise. Compared to our previous system, Voyager definitely goes into more detail, regarding the interview process, raising jobs and placements.

I enjoy it more, however it does take a while to get from one bit to another, which is fine for us Admins, although consultants have told us it takes a lot more time.

Quick response time

Quick response time. Didn't give me the answer I was hoping for, but that was due to the system not having the function I required!

The technical support people in Australia are fantastic. But this current version of Voyager is not as user friendly as the previous version. If it were not for the fantastic technical support I would have moved to a different product.

Hi Diana. Thanks for the review. Whilst your comment on our support team is great to hear, we're sorry to hear you're finding the current version is less user friendly for your requirements. Unfortunately the old version reached end of life some time ago and was no longer supportable.

It was sorted in a timely fashion. But as an organisation we need to know what caused it. This was not divulged to us despite me asking for the reason.
