Sock aid customer service delivery
Finally after a week from other product delivery the sock and stocking aid arrived.
I tried calling, email and webchat to no reply. I am grateful it arrived today and am disappointed as in the past great service. Will have to think about using them next time.

Item not received
Item purchase was not acknowledged when purchased online. No delivery details provided and item not delivered. No response to phone calls or using the online chat function. I notice previous reviewer posted company may be closed? If this is the case then why are they still accepting purchases online?

SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST!
Not only did I never receive the product, I never got a confirmation email or shipping information, I telephoned, left several messages, email, live chat message, Facebook message - never ONCE did I get a response. This is a SCAM company! I have reported them for FRAUD!!

Item not received, they don't answer their phone or reply to emails or chat, neighboring business told me they have closed down. Had to get bank to do a chargeback.

I did not receive a phone call to…
I did not receive a phone call to advise the products had arrived.
Several weeks later I called to find out it was waiting for me to return.
Not good customer service.

Great support and quality products;
I wear UK size 7.5 and ordered 2 pairs of medium size Armaskin liner socks as per size guide posted on wallcann web. On open box, I noticed the socks were too small to fit and contacted Wallcann support. They offered prompt response and assistance, and replaced my order with free return. Great customer service and quality products.
