Service was prompt and courteous
Service was prompt and courteous and staff very friendly when I visited the store.
However the 600 watt isolation down converter is a big disappointment - First of all it is fitted with super sensitive fuses that blow as soon as I plug in a 60watt christmas laser light! Secondly the specifications call for a 2.5amp fuse which effectively makes this a maximum of 300 watt converter output NOT 600 watt as labelled. Unfortunately I cannot use it until I can source some slow blow fuses . Even so it will still only handle half the capacity I paid for.

An Australian company that performed well despite flooding. The unit I ordered was not in stock so they upgraded my order at no extra cost to get it posted to me ASAP. The unit is operating very well and is easy to use.

Very disappointed
Postage is excessive for big purchases. Dispatch very slow. Still have not received my purchase. Very disappointed as elderly father desperately need’s compression stockings.

Apologies for the inconvenience, as per checking your order, you have placed an order on Nov 24, 2022, 8:20:02 PM Thursday Night and We've processed it Friday morning, made it ready for a courier pick and if you could please check the shipping method you had chosen, it's clearly says Australia Post Shipping: 4 - 6 Business Days which means it's still under the given timeframe. Now as per checking your tracking number, it's showing that it is coming today. We always try our best to give the high quality and lowest price to our customers but somethings are not in our control like shipping cost because we outsource this with Australia Post and I can see you paid $10.33 for 2 Pairs of thigh high stockings, which is best and lowest price as compared to sending the same weight from Australia LPO with a tracking number included.
Once we again we really do apologies if you think we didn't complete our commitments but we always try our best to stay on our commitments and provides the fast service and best products to our customers.
