Firstly the web site took my info but…
Firstly the web site took my info but and my card details etc but I was never directed back to a cart or purchase page.
I rang and had to have it resolved over the phone where my card info was once again taken.
Received my step down STXP-U5000 and after setting up new 15 amp lines which I had to run for the appropriate outlet and all the other associated costs with that.
I plug in machine and nothing, didn't work. Immediately blamed the new line we had run, had electrician come back and test again ( more cost) only to find out the machine is at fault not our wiring. NOT Bloody happy, very pissed off. $500 down the drain plus the cost of the bloody machine. I'll contact the company Monday while we sit and watch our venture go down the tube. Good onya @¥°×©£.
Update: I rang the company and told them of my faulty machine they did dispatch one immediately on my request and it arrived quickly and more importantly it worked straight away. On the strength of that I will award them a better rating and feel a lot more confident of shopping with them again.

When you pay extra for Express Post
When you pay extra for Express Post (nearly $20 extra) i expect to receive the item that week.
I ordered on the 07NOV, it shipped 10NOV, i received in the following Tues 15NOV. If it shipped on the 10NOV, why did it not arrive on the Friday 11th or Mon 14th at least. Why did it take 3 days to ship when I ordered on 7th?

happy with the parcel fast delivery and well packed. The missing star is because the stockings are too tight could not put them on. I measured the leg and foot as described and ordered XXL 15-20mmHg. I broke my ankle in many places, and leg and ankle get very swollen.

solar panel sold as 12V/24V charging capable.
The panel was only a 12volt panel not 24 volt since clearly marked on panel specs as maximum voltage open circuit of just 21volts
Engagement via chat did not resolve and no return/refund was offered for selling a product that was not as described
