Just had the spiced bag in Milton Keynes don’t bother it was crap powered spices just thrown in not cooked left a terrible taste in my mouth I usually like the food but not this time.

David prothero neath. Awful dirty disgusting place. Staff rude, warm prosecco cold food. They also get the bill wrong.

I’ve been using Wetherspoons for years and the last couple of years I’ve noticed how the meals have become smaller and a lot more expensive I’ve notice especially with the breakfast how they have knocked the black pudding off tomato off and a mushroom of not dropping prices .also I recently noticed the fish dinner has got smaller as well . There’s less chips fish smaller as well you knock two chips off every meal you will save thousands .i think they have cut the quantity of. Meals down to subside the coffee drinkers who pay for one coffee and can sit down keep warm and fill up all day . I sometimes to struggle to get a seat to buy a meal and have a few beers I use Scarsdale hundreds most so when it’s full I go to a bar not to far away and foods better and you get more :

Went to wetherspoons today very dissapointed, ordered 2 burgers chips onion rings, bun wasnt toasted , as usualy is, with burger, @ burgers were burnt black both sides, personaly i think hes forgot about them, onion rings over cooked usualy spot on not today not a .happy chappy so in future no more burgers for me. Chips were nice. But portion very small. Also bacon in bun was cold. Wallsend.

Leeds City station 6am ... had a large breakfast and two coffees. Food was excellent as was the service, thanks a bunch to the team

I was in Edinburgh. I was in the Standing Order and had a drink on the JD Wetherspoon App. I moved to The Booking Office. I met my daughter and we had food and a bottle of wine on the same App. I decided to buy another bottle before she went back to her Halls on the App. Nothing came I checked and saw it had been sent to the Standing Order and not the Booking Office. I had not changed the setting on my phone. I ordered again and a bottle appeared. I went to speak to the Team Leader in the Booking office and he told me to contact the Team Leader in the Standing Order. I phoned the Team Leader in the Standing Order. He asked me the table number. It was 13. He told me it had been returned, I would be refunded. I have not been refunded although my daughter recorded my conversation as I was on loudspeaker. I contacted JD Wetherspoon as I had not been refunded, they refused to refund me. The pubs are only 0.2 miles apart and the Team leader told me this happens if 4/5 G signal drops. I feel that they are nothing but shoplifters.

The Thomas Ingoldsby Hotel Canterbury - Just want to give the staff and manager of the above a great big thumbs UP Never stayed at a Wetherspoon Hotel before as one we didn't know about there existence until recently and two it didn't really appealed to us . However now we know our point of view has changed.
Myself and two friends were visiting Canterbury for a couple of days between 26th & 27th November for Xmas Fayre in the town . We chose Wetherspoon as it was very reasonably priced but our expectations where not very high . It was also central to where we wanted to be Not too far to walk (we didn't want to walk to far anywhere) this hotel was perfect . We arrived a little early but that wasn't a problem as the manager stored our cases in a secure place as rooms were still being prepared for 2pm arrival time . After storing our things we popped across the road to The Moat Tea Rooms opposite . Once we finished our lunch in this quaint tea shop we went back to check in . The young girl behind the bar was very efficient with paperwork and informing us of our departure time on our last day . She explained clearly about the use of the lift to our rooms and that only guest had access to that area . Our rooms were both family rooms (I assume slightly roomier than a single) . I have got to say on par with their competitors if not sightly better . Tea coffee drinking choc and bottled water on a tray - brilliant . All were replenished the next day . Linen and towels were very clean and soft to the touch . Shower and hand soap in the bathroom but no silly little bottles of hand cream or shower caps (not necessities for me) The water was hot in the sink and shower Although it could to with a grab rail in the shower to assist anyone with difficulties getting in and out . Very clean and also came with dual air conditioning/warm air machine on the wall with the control for this as you walked through the door by the light switch . If you have been to Wetherspoon for meals you will know they are very reasonable and the alcohol drinks are too Tea Coffee and chocolate are available as bottomless . It is a university town and you did get a lot of students meeting up with their friends in the evenings and I assume weekends but on saying that the ones we encountered were very polite and curtious . They were having a good time All it leaves me to say is we were very impressed and very happy with our stay . We are planning to return in the summer as we didn't manage to visit everything we would have liked .

Visited Wetherspoons in Ilkley last night
got served alright throughout the night until later on around 23.30 when the barmaid went over to talk to a group of people leaving the bar & 3 customers waiting to be served, away for at least 10 minutes, during this time the manager walked past on several occasions completely ignoring waiting customers, we were then asked to leave after complaining about the unnecessary non service.

Having been barred, I am now accused of loitering with intent. I am intending to sue. I dropped off some leaflets pertaining too the same at the AGM last week: 20th November in Chancery Lane. I was injured on 10th June but the offending metallic object was not removed until July - after another incident. Regarding the banning of one other, their data team wrote the body cam was switched off. Having perused the footage, it was seen to flash three times at least. They refuse to say why you are banned, what you allegedly said or to whom. This borders upon fascism.

What a disappointment having had items off of the Christmas menu before a visit to the Epsom establishment was meet with total disappointment the Brie&Cranberry panini had no content at all perhaps this is how they keep the prices down
A complaint to the duty manager resulted in nothing but total indifference

We were at the Wetherspoons in Carlisle on the way to the ferry. A spice bag with extra curry sauce, superb.

Outdated menus advertising breakfast deals that are no longer available and no longer serving hot chocolate due to "Government legislation". The Palladium in Llandudno is a dark, scruffy place with outdated menus, very disappointed. Ordered a breakfast muffin and it arrived with cold filling but a warm hot muffin. Definitely will not eat here again

The, thin-skinned Duty Manager of the Briar Rose in Birmingham, thinks you are being "aggressive" if you point out that advertising beer at one price on the tap then charging a higher price in reality is against the law.

I had wanted to submit a second one star review, but at the moment it looks like I'll have to cover it here.

Having gone to the Picture House, Stafford yesterday Saturday 15 November and found a rather nice beer - Innis & Gunn Spiced Rum Cask, I thought that I would return today Sunday 16. I did check their app I which showed it was still available. A hours journey by public transport was another waste of time (AND NOT THE FIRST TIME). When I arrived it was still being shown on their app which advertises the fact it is updated regularly!!!! I ordered it and waited, and waited and waited - the place was essentially empty and with no sign of activity at the bar I approached the barman who had no idea what I was asking about. Neither did the barmaid who appeared slightly senior, she did say that the manager was "busy" This was at 11.35 - the same beer is being advertised 5 1/2 hours later.

I drink in weatherspoons everyday,the chrismat dinner in my opinion is not great value for money,no roast potatoes,no sprouts,very poor value for money and I'm a loyal customer,I don't drink anywhere else

Was at the Bull and Stirrup at Chester. 26 minutes for service via the app. Absolutely awful. No criticism of staff who were working hard. Staff your pubs.

Ordered breakfast muffin the menu say tea coffee refill or soft drink included when ordered at the bar staff told me Pepsi max was charge able because he couldn’t find it on his screen the review is about king of Essex in basildon

The staff at picture house morley need retraining in handling situations and finding the truth before barring innocent people while the trouble causer is not said a word to because she sits in there 6 days a week
