Our wines were previously with Bright Cellars and I think they got bought out by Winc. We’ve been customers for about 4 years and we still love it. Wine varieties and qualities are great, and they come packaged so well. Never had any issues with shipment damage. Also, customer service has been great when we update our preferences from time to time. Recommended!

Resolved exactly as I had hoped
My phone call was answered quickly by a real person. She listened to my issue and resolved it exactly as I would have hoped. No wonder I’ve been a Winc subscriber for years!

Problem solved
I had a problem which was partially self-generated and got somewhat complicated. I reached out to Winc's customer service line and, even though it took a while because of the complexity, the problem was solved to my complete satisfaction. The agent was exceptionally pleasant except for her repeated apology for having kept me on hold!!!

Mirroring LA Fitness?

In August 2025, the FTC sued the operators of LA Fitness and other gyms over allegations they make it exceedingly difficult for consumers to cancel their gym memberships and related services that continued indefinitely unless cancelled. The agency is seeking a court order prohibiting the allegedly unfair conduct and money back for consumers harmed by the difficulty in cancelling memberships.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. They charged me for a month without my authorization. When I called they said they could not cancel or refund my order and that I would need to wait for it to be delivered and then pay $25 to ship it back…absolutely ridiculous. Unsure why you can’t cancel an order that hasn’t even left the warehouse…

Refund refusals
I am newly sober and live in a state that no longer ships to me. I have a bunch of credits from when I was drinking and living in a different state. My membership was cancelled for 3 years due to this and after all this time, the company still refuses to give me some sort of refund. It’s triggering for me to have to buy wine but here we are . In circumstances like this, a company should really be more flexible.

I emailed customer service with delivery issue. Received immediate and timely response offering resolution options. Aldren implemented my option choice then followed up, keeping me informed, until issue resolved. He made potentially troublesome experience uncomplicated. MY shipment showed delivered but the tracking info on fedex was incomplete and we never received the shipment. We contacted customer support and Gabriel took charge of managing us thru the process. It was a bit unclear as exactly what had happened but in the end the company came through and replaced the missing case of wine. While more than a bit frustrating Gabriel kept us informed and worked thru the red tape on his end to our complete satisfaction. I felt like my long time standing as a loyal customer was rewarded.
