False advertising

I just tried to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale which says if you order any 15 bottles of wine you will receive a 50% discount at checkout. That was not happening for me. I contacted their customer service and was informed that the wines I was ordering were not eligible for a discount. So much for the ad stating ANY. Customer service also stated that they would inform marketing for future sales. But they have been doing this almost one year maybe even longer anytime I will order during one of their sales the discount ever applies to my orders. That is why I have not purchased one from them and almost a year. Don't do false advertising and think it is acceptable.

When I needed to call Wine Insiders

When I needed to call Wine Insiders, they have always been helpful. I called today regarding my shipment. I have it sent to FED EX, because it's easier to pick the wine up there, instead of wondering if the driver will deliver it. Was confused about the delivery notification from FED EX, I called to verity that the shipment was going to the correct FED EX. I was reassured it was, and when I went, the wine was there.
I enjoy how fast I receive the wine.

Wine insiders is really great to order…Pleased Customer

Wine insiders is really great to order from. I got my shipment today and OMG glass all inside , bottles broke. I called and I talked with a couple of representatives and they told me they would replace the shipment. I sent over everything they asked for to get my shipment out right a way. I received my new reshipment order number. I really appreciate the kind customer service I received today. I have ordered from the company many times. Every once in awhile they will throw in a thank you gift. Thanks again!

Very helpful

Called and talked with James who was very helpful. The wine I wanted appeared to be out of stock, but James was able to assist with finding what I needed. Looking forward to receiving and enjoying the wine from this order.

Fast and effective customer support.

My case of wine arrived with a bottle broken. That fact was visibly obvious before the box was opened, and easily confirmed upon opening the box. There was no doubt it happened during shipment, and the shipper agreed. I contacted customer support at Wine Insiders. They understood the issue and provided fair compensation immediately. Note that we have been buying cases of wine from these folks every 6 to 8 weeks for several years, and have never had a problem before, but stuff happens. Other than that issue, we were totally pleased with the remaining wine.

Problem Solved

I have ordered from wine insiders for many years. I am always satisfied with the wine and how quickly it arrives. Today I had a little problem with an order. James was able to rectify it in no time. I really appreciate the great customer service.

Long time customer has one unsatisfactory bottle credited.

We've been doing business with Wine Insiders, and predecessor firms, for many years. The choice of table wines at reasonable prices, reasonably fast delivery, and the guarantee to stand behind their products is exceptional. For the first time in several years, one of the wines was "corked". I called WI and was given immediate credit - cordial and professional customer service.

I ordered 15 bottles of wine. It would not let me apply the spd50 code. When I contacted customer support James was very helpful. He placed my order for me. He knew exactly what was going on. I got my wine ordered with his help.

The importance of customer service!

Despite the challenges of not being able to complete the order online, Michael was extremely helpful when I called to complete the order. Glitches do happen. Customer service was top notch.

FedEx damaged the delivery and…

FedEx damaged the delivery and therefore stated they could not deliver my wine. I called the next day and received excellent service. The agent confirmed the damage and resent my order.

I accidentally ordered the mystery box

I accidentally ordered the mystery box. I sent an email and within two minutes they responded with taking care of it. I called them to discuss with a nice man who answered the phone and he verified it was canceled and he helped me re-order my original 11 bottles. Best customer service in any business I’ve dealt with for a very long time. I’ve been a member for several early years and I appreciate all that you do.
