What can I say about this company? The owner Joan is lovely and had always been extremely helpful with my queries. Would highly recommend this company. Outstanding customer service. Never a query too big or too small.
Excellent customer service. I was in a hurry with my last order as I needed to send it to Australia. I received my order within 3-4 day’s instead of the 7-10 day’s that was stated. Very professional, friendly people. I am very satisfied with the hand made, personalised, wooden, horse shoe with tag I ordered. I loved it so much, I have since ordered another one and it definitely won’t be the last order I make either.

Beautifully designed head band! Absolutely love it delivery was very fast and I was kept up to date with the orders process would highly recommend this company to any bride looking for a beautiful tiara or head band and a very reasonable price!
