WARNING: Misleading Listing, Wrong Part, Wrong Invoice, Zero Accountability
Bliss Computers asked us to confirm the exact laptop model before shipping, supposedly to ensure compatibility. That gave us confidence. But the screen they sent was not compatible, had a different part number and did not work as described.
After we reported it, they hid behind the argument that it was a “compatible” item, even though it was clearly not functioning as promised. They provided only a return form, no prepaid return label and made it clear that for international orders they do not cover return shipping. We are now stuck with the loss of shipping costs, customs fees, return effort and hours of internal IT time for a product that should never have been sent in the first place.
To make matters worse, they also issued the invoice incorrectly and even after being asked multiple times to correct it, they did not fix it. That is completely unacceptable, especially in an international order involving customs and business documentation.
In my view, this is not just a bad experience for international customers. It suggests a much bigger problem: sending out parts that do not match the listing properly, issuing incorrect documentation and then shifting the burden, cost, and effort onto the customer. That feels deeply misleading and completely unacceptable.
I would strongly warn anyone against ordering laptop parts or screens from Bliss Computers!
