She sorted out tradesmen to come in quickly and efficiently and always rang afterwards to check the problem had been fixed to our satisfaction. She has also has helped to re-direct queries to the wider team when we have been unsure whom to approach. She is courteous and polite, whilst remaining friendly and open. I would have no hesitation recommending her.

Phenomenal customer service - Parris Lish who manages my property at Charters routinely calls me overseas to ensure everything is good with my property and to check if I need anything. Overall I had a very positive experience with Charters, the staff were friendly, professional and very responsive. Selling a property from overseas was not easy, yet the team at Charters facilitated the whole process and made my life much easier as a result. Equally, they were very quick to find a new buyer when the initial sale fell through & the buyer dropped out at the eleventh hour. A special mention to Jo Goddard who was a great help throughout. Would thoroughly recommend them if you’re considering selling a property.

The most unprofessional agency and worst experience since renting with them. They breached GDPR and our personal data was exposed, evey month they come back with diffrent requirements (e.g. rent not paid, documents not provided) and when we show them the proof that everything is done in aligment with the agreement, Right to Rent and all deadlines are respected they hide behid - "sorry it was an error".

My experience with Charters Estate Agents has been great so far. I was interested in a semi-detached house and managed to get a viewing booked for the very next day. The viewing itself was quick, and the application form was straightforward and easy to fill out.
​Later that same day, I had a call from Joshua to review my application, and just a couple of hours after that, Lucy from the Hove branch called to let me know my application had been successfully approved by the landlord.
​Everyone involved was exceptionally professional and easy to deal with.

We had a couple of viewings with Sam and he was so helpful and kind. I personally find viewing properties very stressful but he was very assuring and made the process enjoyable! Thank you Sam!!

Very thorough and knowlegable property management service from our dedicated property manager (Bessie Tighe) Helpful briefings to landlords and tenants on new requirments. Excellent communication between dedicated property manager and landlord. Clear invoicing and prompt monthly payment of rents.

We have just completed on selling our house in Southampton which has been a long process due to Housing England. Gary has been very supportive and has been a good link between the sellers and ourselves. Keeping us updated throughout the experience. The whole team have communicated well including Carly and the team at Bitterne.

Jo monitored and tracked progress of the sale and purchase from agreement through to exchange, and kept all parties informed on a weekly basis. Where there were conflicts or potential blockers she dealt with these swiftly. I really appreciated her 'can do' attitude and cheerful dialogue.
