Excellent experience from start to finish. Callum Davies was the chap who helped me and he made the whole experience so much easier. He managed to find me the perfect car and as he knew I needed a vehicle really quickly he managed to sort it all out so quickly for me . He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Upon meeting him at the dealership in Reddish he was very polite and professional. He even sorted out the car tax forms for me with DVLA. Callum went above and beyond and he is a real credit to DACE . I will definitely recommend to family and friends . Well done Callum and thankyou

I bought a Mercedes E220d coupe from DACE manchester. I dealt with a salesman called Jack Hart, the purchase was great, I test drove the car with the windows down to listen for any weird noises etc. The Car drove lovely so I bought the car, upon driving it home, all you could hear was road noise, I contacted Jack who advised me to get it looked at locally and obtain a quote, which I did, it was £650 so not the end of the world considering how much i just spent on the vehicle, he said it was too much, so booked it into a garage local to him. I agreed to drive back down to Manchester and wait with the vehicle, I went, they looked at it gave the same reason the local company had given, then said it would need booking in. I was under the impression they would do the job there and then. So I drove home again. After calling Jack again he said he would order the part and get it booked in again, I was not happy driving back to Manchester and waiting again but eventually I agreed, since this following a lot of calls/emails he is ignoring me. The last he said was the part had to be ordered from Germany, which I found strange as the local company could get it the next day from Mercedes. I am very frustrated by this and onto CAB now seeing what my rights are to pursue this to court if necessary. Very bad experience. I have kept all the evidence that everything i have wrote above is factual, I don't understand why for the sake of saving a few hundred pounds, I have to drive at my expense back and forth to Manchester giving my time up, I asked to return the car which he refused, which may end up being the result after a legal battle.

I have recently purchased a Kia Sorento from Dace and I honestly could not be happier with the whole experience.
The staff were welcoming and friendly, the showroom was immaculate and the standard of the cars was excellent. They’re even dog friendly! Lewis Worthington was fantastic, guided me through the whole process seamlessly and was the furthest thing from a pushy salesman. I’m not the sort of person who can make a decision on the spot, so it was amazing to have a salesman who was happy for me to take all of the time I needed whilst feeling no pressure.
As a woman who absolutely hates car shopping and usually finds it incredibly stressful, this has be an absolute breeze and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dace, and it would be the first dealership that I would return to for future cars! I absolutely love my new car and would like to say a huge thank you to Lewis and to everyone at Dace who makes it such an easy going, stress-free environment.

There was a small issue but a niggling one. Spoke to Jason who arranged for an electrical engineer to come on site to investigate. Jason responded very quickly arranged a loan car as I'm out of town, explained everything very comprehensive managed to get the part, fixed the problem, and swapped cars back the following day. Could not fault in anyway. Excellent communication and responsiveness and achieved a rapid response and fix. Really happy, and I would highly reccomend Jason at Dace for the after care provided

Looked after me from enquiry to aftersales
From my first visit through to collection the sales team where very helpful, answered all my questions and where not pushy. When I collected the car it had been prepared, cleaned and finished to a high standard.
A couple of weeks after buying I had a warning light come on, Dace aftersales team looked after me, I booked the car back in, and they fixed the problem the same day I dropped it off. There was no quibble and they could not have been more helpful.
