Everyone Active Avis 

Bought a membership a few days ago and cancelled by mistake. The local centre can't help me reinstate my membership, the customer service line never answers the phone and every time I submit an enquiry, I receive an automated reply, asking me to fill out the direct debit form, which I've done many times already! Getting fed up now, I've paid for days to use a gym that I can't access because of their ridiculous customer service! I would recommend any other gym!

It was my first visit to Copeland pool and I found everyone helpful. Some realised I was a newbe and helped me navigate checking in and the lockersfor my clothes.

The facilities are very good quality, with a wide variety. The layout and accessibility is good. Cleanser and tissue paper available to clean seats and (cold) water fountains. You can sign in and watch your favourite movies and shows on the treadmills and it has bluetooth connectivity. Free weights are good quality and there are multiple resistance machines so you can always get a go. Staff maintain the gym well and are friendly. Good parking availability and there is a cafe. Great choice for a gym.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful plus the facilities are great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I am currently recovering from an injury and need to improve my fitness and this is the ideal place to go.

We took our Grandchildren to the Inflatable Session at Fareham Leisure Centre at the beginning of August 2026. We got a great safety brief from the team beforehand, supervision was excellent throughout & an awesome time was had by all. The changing rooms & lockers were clean & plenty were available. Although it was not the cheapest outing, compared to other family activities, we judged it good value for money & really helped boost our grandchildren’s confidence in water whilst having lots of fun at the same time. We’ll be repeating the experience the next time they visit 🙏👍😁

I was given help booking a swimming session for the leisure pool by Saskia which was invaluable.

I love the new sports centre, it’s clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, I’m on crutches the lifeguards have always helped me out of the pool after my swim, I really enjoy coming to this sports centre

Terrible, they not answering the calls at all, I tried couple of times and I well, I give up

The Porchester Pool is beautifully restored. The water is wonderfully clean and a lovely temperature. The changing rooms are really nice and the staff are lovely.

Ignored about 8 email queries asking to close account, whilst continuing to charge us (£120 gone) - and will not process refund (even though they agreed to).

So, you cant speak to anyone to resolve the simplest admin issues.

The stewards no longer seem to do much beyond talking to their friends on the ice—if they even get onto the ice to steward at all. The previous stewards were far better. They took the role seriously, engaged with customers, and actively helped keep everyone safe.

I no longer feel safe on the ice, especially during busy sessions, because the stewards do very little to manage what is happening. Whether it's young children suddenly cutting across in front of skaters or coaches allowing both children and adults to practise spirals and other moves that involve throwing their legs up during lessons, it creates a dangerous environment. If you're not a confident skater, the sessions are no longer enjoyable.

This ultimately comes down to management. Stewards need better training and support to take control of the ice and ensure it's a safe environment for everyone, and management should be monitoring what is happening instead of turning a blind eye.

Always made to feel welcome and nothing to much trouble . Very clean facilities and good value for money

The staff are friendly, very patient and professional.
I attend two or three fitnesss classes a week and it's easy to book classes on their app.
The facilities are well kept.

I started on a cancer referral programme. The instructor was very helpful and introduced me to the gym. I have now become a member and really enjoying the experience.I got a discount and can now use the gym swimming pool classes and health spar all look good with a simple booking system on the app.

Since being taken over by Everyone Active, the Woking sites have seriously deteriorated.
Classes are cancelled despite being consistently oversubscribed, with no consultation or consideration for members who rely on them.
The booking system is awful, and it's almost impossible to get onto popular classes. The app is unreliable, frequently crashes, and even logging attendance on-site is frustrating.

Overall, the service doesn't justify the membership cost and needs significant improvement.

Fantastic new pool and facilities. Perfect for all ages. The cafe was also very spacious. A great addition to Abbey Fields.

Becontree Leisure Centre is a very clean and's well equipped sports centre, with a friendly atmosphere.
