It was my first time booking a holiday abroad,I was really nervous and anxious. The young girl was ever so helpful and showed me patience and empathy towards my feelings and personal situation. I didn't feel pressured and she listened to where I wanted to be and offered me 2 good deals to look at,I did accept one.The young girl was called Lois and booked my holiday on the 25/8/26. ,she is a credit to Hays Travel, lovely polite and caring. All the staff smiled and welcomed me when I first called in, it's a small agency in Blyth, Northumberland.

Fantastic service at Hays Blyth, the young lady serving was excellent, lovely manor, very friendly and helped us so mucvh with our booking. She explained everything clearly and made sure all our needs were met.
Lovely shop, all the staff are so friendly. Have booked twice in this branch, would really encourage people to go here.
