Hays Travel - Cramlington Avis 

The staff are brilliant and always greet you with a smile and good morning / afternoon plus say our first names as we’re in there often enough.
Nothing was a problem for the staff when we were enquiring about our holiday.
They went through everything in detail for us.
Made sure we booked our seats,
the dates we requested,
The type of holiday we wanted.
They even went through the different options we could have on our holiday.

Staff were very helpful and made the booking process easy

As always Lisa was very helpful. Helped us decide between a couple of hotel options and made the whole process of booking a holiday very easy. We were booking for more than one couple in separate bookings and the whole process was seamless and the bookings are linked. Wouldn’t hesitate to go to hays for all holiday bookings as it’s easier than doing online and the price was no different.

Staff always happy to help nothing is a problem to make sure you get the right holiday your looking for ..

We always visit our local Hays Travel shop when ever we want to book a holiday. As always we went in knowing where we wanted to go and when ( with some flexibility) and we left having booked exactly what we wanted , with help . As always EXCELLENT SERVICE

We dealt with Lisa when we came into the cramlington branch. She’s absolutely lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and listened. To be honest all the staff are lovely and we always book our holidays through the Cramlington branch. They always match the price online, even cheaper sometimes. We wouldn’t book our holiday anywhere else.
