Racheal was so helpful and informative when we went to the shop on wednesday. we returned on thursday to book our holiday, Racheal was busy but Sophie stood in and went out of her way to help us. We booked our holiday, Hays took all the stress away from when we've had to do it ourselves. thank you all very much. we will definately be using Hays of Driffield again

Welcoming, helpful staff

Ruby took a great deal of time to find us suitable flights at quite short notice as we had to cancel our previous unsafe route due to the Iran war. She also sorted out alternatives when a return flight was cancelled by an airline strike. Altogether an excellent service.

Victoria listened to our requirements and amended her search to adapt to us, very professional and the best experience we’ve had booking a holiday.
