Craig was very helpful again, plain sailing and easily explained

Went to your store for gift vouchers and no one person seemed to have much of a clue what to do! Half an hour later after 5 different people were involved in the process I got the vouchers. This is a definite training issue for your staff. I felt sorry for Jack he was a star for muddling through, it must have been really stressful for him.

Not only did they beat the deal we had been looking for, but got better flight times and luggage allowance in too. Excellent efficient service!
