Emma has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had quite a long list of requirements, including travelling as a family with additional needs, sensory considerations, dietary requirements and the need to find somewhere that would suit both adults and teenagers.

Emma took the time to listen carefully to everything we were looking for and found options that suited our family perfectly. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and understanding, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

She went above and beyond to find accommodation that would work well for us, taking into account accessibility, food allergies and the importance of having a peaceful environment while still being close to plenty of activities.

Throughout the whole process, Emma was friendly, supportive and always available to answer questions. Her recommendations were thoughtful and personalised, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book through her again.

If you’re looking for “only the best” when booking your holiday weather long or short haul then I would highly recommend Emma. She has helped to book, manage and secure my holiday with her.
