I was helped initially by a young man, he was not used to TUI cruise and stay website but sorted it out in the end. Also the woman employee sat behind him helped me out by checking that I could hire a mobility scooter in the resort I chose. Both were very patient as I required certain facilities.

Gave short notice holiday bookingMacy a list of requirements left…
Gave Macy a list of requirements left her for a couple of hours and upon our return she had a list of hotels and destinations for my wife and I to look at and within 20-30 minutes our holiday was booked. We were booking at very short notice (3 weeks to be precise) and all amenities that were required were literally 10 minutes from the hotel. Many thanks once against n Macy.

We have always headed over to hays travel.
We have always headed over to hays travel for booking our holidays, there is no better feeling than actually going into store and speaking to somebody in person. Over the past year Ashleigh Graham based at your flint store has helped us, she has offered us the best advice, the service she gave was second to none. Processed our booking quickly and kept us updated. On this occasion we are returning to a hotel we have stayed at before so I just gave Ashleigh a call and she booked it for us whilst I was on the telephone with her, which was great service.
I recommend hays to all my family and friends looking to book holidays.
