Thailand and elephant hills
When we went in to look at options Sam was really helpful. Along the way to booking many changes and requests of options and pricing were taken on board.
Things I didn't understand are that flights through a different airline were cheaper but agencies used were quoting a higher cost to the holiday. And last minute changes to hotels as price rising by £200 at the last minute, meaning we have had to change hotel to a 3 star from a 4 star hotel.
This is not a reflection on Sam but on the tour operators for Thailand

Hays travel were great and understanding. Waikiki hotel good so far but no coffee or water in the room, very annoying when you’ve got 7 floors to go down to get a glass of water !! Weather lovely and hot and doesn’t make you sweat. Facilities brilliant for kids.
