Our boys have never been abroad before…
Our boys have never been abroad before so we wanted to make their first trip abroad a special one , one they will remember and because of personal reasons we could only book it last minute so with that in mind we made a list of what we would like our holiday to be ….Hays travel were brilliant we told Hayley our wish list for our holiday and she delivered the nearest perfect holiday we could ask for , it ticked most of the boxes so thank you so much Hayley and the rest of the staff at Peterborough Queensgate branch for making it happen .

Amazing experience with Hays Travel Peterborough
I've had an amazing experience with Hays Travel - Peterborough from my very first contact, and every interaction since. I have been dealing with Haley from day 1 and she has gone above and beyond to help me with my requests. I have struggled to make time to get away from work to go an see Hayley in store, so she has been doing all the work for me in terms of different options designed to meet my very specific requests. I have changed location, travel date, number of people and even added locations since I first visited Hayley, and now settled for two different holidays to include all the things I want to do. Hayley has really understood me and what I am trying to achieve since I first spoke with her on the phone. Having her experience and expertise working in the background trying to tick all the boxes has been a god send for me. I would certainly recommend Hays Travel Peterborough and especially Hayley, based on my experience of her perfect and consistent professionalism.

Quick and efficient, friendly and polite,
It has been a terrible time for us as a family for many years with our son and getting him through the big “C” and while a very uncertain future, I had to make the decision to take him away on holiday to say well done, sadly I could only afford Spain, but as we have not been away since he was in a pram and is now 17 I hope he enjoys, So I say thank you to Hays for a easy service.
