We went in to book a holiday to Gran Canaria, which we have been to several times. We saw Charlotte who sorted out our holiday very quickly as we knew exactly what we wanted. Once booked Charlotte went through everything in detail, as usual we had excellent service from Hays.

From the moment we sat down we was made very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, very patient & very knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

As always, excellent service from Hays Travel in Ripon, especially Charlotte. She found us a holiday that perfectly matched our request, having looked through several options.
All boarding passes, insurance, car parking documents printed out and ready for us to collect, as well as foreign exchange.

Enquired on the phone about a P&O cruise and within 15 minutes it was booked excellent service from the consultant at Ripon office
