After popping in to collect my tickets for this years holiday. I ended up booking a holiday to florida next year, I can’t thank tracey enough for all her help and knowledge. I was able to walk in and see an advisor straight away,so no waiting. The advisor (Abbi?) was very pleasant and customer focused and the was able to offer a price match and then process my holiday request very efficiently, and then advised me of next steps and timescales.Overall a great experience once again.
