Always find you get great service and the staff r brilliant would not go anywhere else always try and get you a good deal

Tina never fails to find us the holiday we require. She and her staff are so efficient and friendly, it's a visit to our favourite travel agents we love.

Really nice people, Val who helped me with my booking was extremely helpful nice experience.

Have travelled with Hays before (not specifically the Forge branch) and have had a pleasant experience all round.

The staff are friendly and cheerful from vooking to that final check-in before the holiday to make sure I have got everything I need.
Booking process was simple. I completed over the phone. Initial enquiry with Louise and confirmed booking with Rebecca.
Servoce has been great so far and look forward to my upcoming holiday.

The girl in the travel agency was really good she spent a lot of time with us to find exactly what we wanted and she was very nice

We had a fantastic experience with Louise at the Parkhead Forge branch. She took the time to go through everything with us thoroughly and made sure all our questions were answered. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her friendly, professional approach made the whole process easy and stress-free.
