Interia Group Avis 8

I am a Director of Interia in Locksheath who`s website is shown on here. This is not us and we have been asking Trustpilot to remove our link but they have been extremely slow in doing so.
We have never had anything to do with them so I ask again Trustpilot please remove our link. Very frustrating!!!

This company is a scam. They will just take your money and not send anything out to you because they don't actually have any stock to sell! When you request a refund they will apologies for the delay and tell you they have a backlog of refunds to do so will take a while. This is rubbish and a total lie. They will not give your money back. Its a scam. They trade as Interia Direct too so avoid them also.

I was really let down by this company. Ordered and paid for flooring. Long lead time but due in early December. When I called them the day after the delivery date they told me the product was discontinued. Absolutely useless and have really messed up my project. Avoid this company.

I stress - DO NOT purchase from this fake company; I purchased wood flooring in September, nothing has been received; I followed up with three chase up emais to them and again no response. I am escalating this further, if so through the legal system. This company thinks that karma won't find them..Trust me you reap what you sow.

Do not purchase from this company they are frauds. I ordered flooring and underlay and was promised delivery in July. Nothing has been delivered only broken promises and falsehoods. I eventually requested a refund and again nothing has been returned, over £1000 of goods. I have taken this to dispute and hope to launch legal proceedings against them. Do not purchase anything from this company as they cannot be believed and their communication is exceptionally poor

Trading as Interia Direct. I bought laminate flooring that did not arrive and proably never existed. Avoid this scam company. The email is info at Interia (no space) Direct

I was told the one pack of flooring I paid for was sent out from the warehouse when in fact they didn't have the item in stock, as I later found out after constantly asking where my order was, then eventually told the item was coming from America and wouldn't be with me for over a month, cancelled the order told 14 days for a refund which has passed, still waiting, poor customer service, they have your money and that's all they there interested in, I'm now considering legal action to recover the debt from them.

Had bedroom sliders and part kitchen installed.
Service at showroom good however thereafter one has to chase.
Measurements were taken wrong so had to compromise on space at top of units. Kitchen installation was done wrong so they had to remove units and correct.
The young fellows they used for installation were pleasant but finishing touches not great. We had to get them back a couple of times to sort out.

Pros - decent selection to choice from.
Cons - fairly expensive and finishing touches
