Friendly helpful service - but the attachments I bought with my strimmer did not fit nor did the adapter kit purchased on my return visit. Appreciate that expertise on every product sold is a huge challenge but if not available then perhaps this should be made clear.

Very good customer service, A parcel arrived opened with parts missing. A replacement was sent which arrived next day and original collected.
