These people saved our skin on the hottest day of the year. Bought the cooler fan from hell.. best ever. They were sooo helpful and excellent service. We just popped in. Definitely go back.. we were only visiting the area. Wish we had a shop like this in north Suffolk 🙂

Good all round experience with ITS.
I bought a comprehensive socket based tool set from ITS. It appears to be of high quality but is yet to be tested. It came within two days of ordering and was well packaged. The price was a fraction of what I was expecting to pay so everything was good about this purchase.
