The letting agents were very easy to communicate with both over the phone and via email. Any issues were always quickly dealt with and the staff were extremely polite and patient.

Linley & Simpson have managed our property for rental for a couple of years now, and have provided satisfactory management during that time. Grace Smithson has recently been dealing with maintenance of the property and has handled things in a professional and helpful manner. Problem solved very quickly, Paula Dunham helped to resolve the issue very fast , Complained about front door lock not working and I was given a priority at fixing it.
It was changed in 2 days, follow up was so prompt.
