Found just what we wanted Tried to order on line but process froze so phoned in order. Phone answered quickly and order taken efficiently.Wish I’d phoned in the first place I’d have saved a lot of time

I have used richer sounds for a long time and haven't considered going anywhere else. Apart from having a great selection , their knowledge and expertise is second to none and I also find all the staff most helpful

Faultless!! The knowledge and service Richer Sounds offers is brilliant, Paul the manager is a fountain of tech knowledge, and his guys in the shop provide a service where nothing is ever too much for them. Sadly not many shops gives this kind of level of service, I won’t go anywhere else to buy my tech. I have to travel over an hour and pass 2 Curry’s on the way to Richer Sounds Hull.

I couldn't fault my experience with Richer sounds. I ordered a new TV and received a great deal with a discount on the TV and a half price sound bar. Joey was brilliant and even supplied a free projector on request when this was added to the available deals within days of my purchase. I would recommend Richer Sounds Hull to anyone looking for great deals and great service

Our old tv had broken so we looked at the website and chose 3 tvs in our price range. The staff were really helpful and friendly and advised us of the best one to suit our needs. Great customer service.

To be honest we have always found Richer Sound very good and helpful. The only problem we have had this time was programming our new television in they were still very helpful but in the end we had to pay some one to do it for us.

Brilliant service, I rang the hull store for help setting my soundbar up and arranged a home visit with Laurie (I hope I have spelt the name correctly) within 2 hours he was at my home and we discussed what problems I was having getting the best set up and sound, after a short while and some explaining to me he had it sorted to my satisfaction, cannot fault the service well done and yes iam extremely happy now with the soundbar
