The sales advisor Terry is very knowledgable and made me feel that my custom was much appreciated.
Terry was helpful as did not want to purchase the TV there and then, and he said that when I was ready I was able to call and they would send me a payment link, this was suitable.
upon looking again on the web site I thought that TV was reduced again and asked Terry to change he price from the original quote I had, Terry came back on email and said that this deal was more expensive and the original quote was still valid. Asked for the payment link and this was sent to me, Terry called ma back explaining that the system was running slow and this will be in my inbox shortly.

What great customer service.

Upon purchasing the TV the Free sound Bar was not available upon the collection of the TV, this was not a problem, but Terry said that he will let me know when they arrives to either get delivered or to keep it at store to pickup (I chose pickup). Terry called on the Tuesday after the Saturday saying that the Sound Bar was delivered to the store and he was happy to keep it by until I pick it up.

Upon arriving at the store Terry was not available, so the Manager felt with this and this was brought out to me in the store, and the manager asked if I was ok with taking this to my vehicle, and even said that he will get the door for me.

All the staff in the Kingston branch are so helpful and are professional.
Will recommend this branch and will also be using this branch for all my TV's etc.

Very recently my OLED TV developed a fault (vertical white strip across the screen) and as I bought it from them with 6 Year extended warranty they were the first to approach. As the TV is 65" I needed to make a claim and deal with it on-line directly with Panasonic and their approved maintenance provider. So I went to the branch and the team there guided me trough the process. Later on when I made my claim the maintenance provider have asked additional info about the product and I had no idea about and at that time R.S. Kingston Branch were quick to response and provide me with all what I need as well and re-assured me d that I am covered.
Great team, Quick, comprehensive and professional response. Quite understanding too that I was under stress.

For the rest out there reading this review - have no doubt you are in good hands and give a try their services.

First of all, my Wharfedale 9.0 speakers are just what I needed. They sound good, take up less shelf space than the Sony ones they replaced and are definitely an enhancement to my sound system.
On a personal note, we have been fans of Richer Sounds for many years and have bought several TVs, amplifiers and CD players from you. The staff in your Kingston branch were, as always, friendly, interested, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was predictably a very enjoyable experience for me. In particular, Callum couldn't have been a better salesperson and it was a pleasure to talk to him and Dan. All in all, another satisfying Richer Sounds experience! Thank you.

had a demo of some active speakers as well as collecting a LG C5 tv. they were busy but had set-up the demo room & I was able to have a good listen.

I rang to enquire on the availability of a product which is no longer sold by NAIM. Karl at the Kingston branch was very helpful, managing to track one down for me.
It was delivered to Kingston quickly and was exactly as described, ie perfect condition despite being a return trial item.

Richer Sounds has a very competitive deal on a new LG OLED TV, and Miles was most helpful in helping me finalise my order.

Helpful advice, right product, right price!

Richer Sounds service was fine and efficient.
However the Humax Aura I purchased did not have some attributes. 1. the remote batteries were dud 2. the remote is poorly designed and feeble in construction and will break; 3. the sign up is difficult without clear instructions in the meagre booklet or the large online manual; 4. nowhere is it mentioned that some BBC progs cannot be recorded and only available on i-player, thus requiring, yes, pen and paper as a memory jog.
