Bras different fit. Satisfaction guaranteed not honored. Was told if I wanted to ship back I had to ship to china! Package didn’t come from China. Mailed from the USA. Other option I could keep them and pass on to someone else and receive 10.00 credit. Not acceptable when I paid over $55.00

My experience was ok, just didn’t know it would take so long to get it

The bras are not firm enough in the cup. They slip down and cause bulging at the cleavage area that shows under my tshirts. I would like to return for a full refund.

Scam. I never received my order. I keep writing them but still nothing. They keep saying wait 7 days. It still says order is in transit. We will send you another one. Still nothing.

Only getting 1 star because the don't have a zero. Return address shows Davce Garzaz @ 290 Duffy Av. In Hilllicksville, NY. 11801. I watched the tracking. Did not go to NY. Last update was on May 3 & pkg was in Las Vegas NV. Originated from Italy. Took from 4-6 to 5-3 to get from Italy to Vegas. I'm ok with that. Still shows "in transit" in USA. Received today. Of course I can no longer find the picture I was shown. What I got looks like a piece of rubber. What I looked at was pretty with flowers and was breathable sheer. DON'T BUY FROM Systematie!

Scam.... Bought 3 bras, was not given an order number, and no merchandise has been received. This was the first time I ordered something from Facebook and it will be the last !!! Loss of $85.00. Shame on Facebook for allowing something like this.

I ordered 2 bras on 3/24/26. I got a tracking number via email claiming it was coming from Italy. I did not receive the items until 5/4/24. Over a full month to get a product I purchased. Ridiculous. Even the tracking number stopped showing progress after 4/22/26 so I contacted systematie.com via email (because that's the only contact information provided) and they sent me a screenshot showing it was on the way. It claimed it was in the State next to mine yet I ended up receiving the item the next day. I opened up the bras and there was a slit on the inside showing the bras pad. I emailed them asking if this was normal because both bras had them in the exact same spot and size. I even sent them a picture. Instead of answering my question, their reply was that I received the correct item and if there was an issue then to re-gift the items to someone else. What?! I 100% would not re-buy anything from this company ever again.

One more issue I had with them that they did correct was that they charged my credit card more than they were supposed to. I brought this to their attention and they said they'd look into it. They did reimburse me the overcharge.

I will say that I did wear the bra today. It was very comfortable and fit well. The hooks on the back could be better. I'll probably just take the bras to a tailor and have the open slits sewn closed.

If they have less than one star I should rate.....More than a month ordered a bra...advertising best sales....I just received a email saying delivered.....where I have NO idea because never come to my address.....BIG mistake....I lost $30.....

The products were very poor quality. When I tried to get a refund- I was asked if I would accept $3 (!0% of what I paid). RIDICULOUS.

Very dissatisfied! Would leave Zero stars if I could.
SCAM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This is a bogus company at best. (Please read further reviews) They use a reputable ad as their own then set a price, upcharge on the billing hoping you won’t catch it. The YCZ CREAM & NECK ROLL I ordered came in the same jar but was named JUE SANG and the odor was horrid, yellow. Don’t know how Facebook evens allows this. Tracking kept stating product was held up in Ireland,but clearly it’s a fraudulent from China. Wrote several times even sent photos but their response was we will offer you $7. I contacted Apple Pay and Gold Sachs for refund. Next Facebook and looking at the reviews we as consumers need to take action

If I could put 0 stars I would! Customer service was automated. They continuously gave me different tracking numbers. One from Italy and one from China. Once I wanted my money back, they ignored me. Terrible!

Company is a scam! Ordered doll 10 foundation I. Medium and tan and they sent two darker shades and not even doll 10! They send knock offs of very low quality and it takes 5/6 weeks to even arrive!! When contacted and showed proof of what they sent was wrong they were adamant it was right and offered me $4 to keep the product bc shipping is too much to send back to china?? Would offer full refund if I spent $35+ to ship back the items - don’t buy from here!!

A bad lesson learned! I ordered some makeup.. spent $32 which included shipping. It took over 2 months to receive, and I did, it was the WRONG color! They took NO responsibility, after I sent so many pictures showing the product and packaging requested. They offered me $2.. what a joke! This company is a joke and a scam!! Do not buy from no matter what!!!

SCAM! I wished I did research on the company before buying. I ordered Doll 10 foundation took weeks to arrive saying it was in Italy but really came from China. Packaging isn’t even the same as the real product and they didn’t even give me the correct color. Unfortunately I learned an expensive lesson and it will be going in the trash
Buyer beware they are selling knock off products and when I googled the address on the shipping label it went to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. This company is fraudulent

Didn't get everything with foaming canon.
Didn't get nozzles or soap bottle.
Customer service is impossible also.

TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD! Sold me some jeans they said were Judy Blue jeans. Not even close! Took forever to arrive and tracking numbers did not work. Pretends to be in U.S. but comes from China.

I ordered joggers and yet to receive them . I'm so upset about this! Do not trust this at all! I don't even know how to get my money back ? I ordered them on Oct 5th. Have heard nothing at all !

I really wish I had done some research about this company before I purchased. Same situation as most others - I ordered joggers based on the photo on their site and they sent me something completely different. They offered me a $3 refund first, then a $5 refund. I plan to keep fighting it but man, is this taking a long time!

Ordered "Judy Blue Joggers" and what I received had no Judy Blue tags, no size tags and no washing instructions. It took almost three weeks for them to be received so there was no way to cancel the order. The material quality is horrible. The only way I could get a refund from them was to dispute the charge through Paypal. Their offer for a refund was for me to ship them back to them in the original packaging and then pay for the return. They even stated in their message to me that : If you need to return or exchange, we need to report and verify your problem to the after-sales department, which will take a long time. The item was shipped from Donegal, Ireland but to return them, it had to be shipped to China. NOT GONNA HAPPEN.

I ordered Judy Blue jeans. What they sent me is obviously not Judy Blue and they claim it is. Do not order from here.
