From the start, we were put at ease in sorting out a new will, Philip listened well to our wishes and explained things very clearly. The new will was put together in quick time and again explained very clearly , prior to the signing. Had a tricky situation with a settlement agreement and Sarah Toone provided the most helpful and reactive support I needed in a time of urgency and (in my personal view) crisis situation.
