WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was IN HOSPITAL and had paused my account and they still took the money and would not refund it.

The worst ever scammers. Truly they are sales people that make promises delivering. Thank GodI paid via PayPal and raised a dispute and got refunded immediately. Total waste of time and broken promises. DO NOT TOUCH THESE GUYS total time waters !!
Worst Company or should i say SCAM.
I signed up for their social media management service with the hope that they could help my company build a strong online presence. They made a lot of promises in the beginning, assuring me that they had the skills, creativity, and strategy needed to handle my business’ social media accounts. Unfortunately, everything turned out to be the opposite of what they guaranteed.
The quality of their work is very poor. The content they post is generic, repetitive, and lacks real strategy. Instead of customized campaigns that would fit my business goals, they delivered low-effort content that showed no creativity or understanding of my brand. Engagement was almost nonexistent, and they failed to provide proper reporting or proof of results. Whenever I raised concerns, I was met with excuses rather than real solutions.
What makes things even worse is how they handle billing and cancellation. This company operates like a scam. They will tell you that your plan has been canceled, but then, a month later, you’ll see another charge on your bill. They keep deducting money again and again without authorization. To make it worse, after charging you, they suddenly send another batch of content postings — even though you didn’t ask for it anymore. Also, I found out that they’re only making their graphics through Canva, which was very disappointing. I initially thought they were producing high-quality, original content, but it turns out they were just reusing Canva templates over and over. It felt lazy, unprofessional, and not worth the amount they charge.
On top of all this, I also heard directly from one of their employees that the company fires people without any warning or explanation. That only adds to the picture of how unprofessional and unethical they are — not just with clients, but also with their own staff.
Overall, this company has shown poor service, poor communication, and very questionable business practices. Their SMM service is not worth the money, and the way they continue to charge clients after cancellation feels like scamming. I would strongly warn other business owners: do not trust this company with your time, money, or social media presence.
Kaye was helpful and understood my needs
Although I decided not to go with Web Dynamics with my website design, the information and proposal Kaye gave was very good. It seems they have a lot of bad reviews but I did not experience anything negative.

I was over charged for 1 months subscription. They agreed to the over charge and have been promising a refund since Apr 2025.
I'd give no stars if I could!
I would give all negative stars if I could. These people have no integrity. I ordered in April the $65.00 system advertised on FB with a 100% money back guarantee. I listened to the pitch for upsells and determined at that time their product would not align with my companies services. My sales person was Joe Soza and i asked for the refund immediately at the end of our meeting and he agreed to process it. I had forgotten about it until the following month when I saw another charge for $65.00 from their company. I called Soza and emailed him about what I thought was an oversight on their part and didn't get a call or email back. I was persistent and did get him on the phone accidently as I used a different phone and he said oh, yeah, I will get in touch with customer service yadda yadda. I got a call on Memorial day from Customer Service and she told me that even though it is 100% refundable I did agree at sign up to the monthly recurring payment. WHAT? That made no sense Itold her and she said she would process the the refund for the two payments. I finally had a third charge show u on my credit card statement. No one is returning calls, emails or response to my reviews on FB. I know, cancel the credit card, however it is more trouble than it is worth to cancel the card because to many vendors are on that card. That being said this company again, has no integrity nor do any of the people that work there.

They said I expected too much for $75 per month.
I asked for my money back of $200 and a lady there said that's on a 'different' program, not this one. I said I want this month to be the last because I hadn't sold any of my book of Terminal Timeline. She said their program of posting three times a week for $75 per month is not designed to make money. I expected too much for $75. The program that makes money cost $400 per month.

I am deeply disappointed
I am deeply disappointed, yet relieved to discover the company's poor and low grade customer service. Initially, I believed the service representative, Sal Calderon, might have had an isolate incident. However, the last appointment he made without a call confirmed everything I needed to know about this company and its employees. There is no communicative phone lines or if there it is disguise to make you believe that they are so busy to the point they can't pick up the call and so that you have to leave a message for a call back, scam anybody! Their communication is unprofessional and childish. I wouldn't trust this company with my credit card information to enter into a short and/or long term relationship with them. Spoiler alert Web Dynamic, you are asking serious company for their business, you need to take this commitment seriously. Stay away people!
No matter what you do or what you say
No matter what you do or what you say, they will pound you incessantly once you're on their radar. They're worse than overseas "seo companies" in marketing like they're down to their last dollar. Forget about the "do not call" list - they don't know what that is. Forget about contacting them to stop with the same overseas autodialed call centre script reading that might as well be in Tagalog. Forget about getting a straight answer - and before you "commit", here comes the nebulous, unspecific and rather ridiculous upsells. They may have an office in Arizona, but they don't follow U.S. telecom rules at all and nothing is in writing. Just say "no" to this company and find yourself a local marketing agency that will create an actual marketing plan.
Have a look at the unanswered negative reviews. Do you think it's possible that those are the bogus reviews and the contrary five-star reviews are completely legitimate? Do you? Then give them your money and expect nothing in return and you'll be fine.
And by the way, any platitudes expressed in any kind of reply to this review will be sheer deflection. Apparently, the lack of any internal sense of standards of conduct works for this company, so, why change? "I'm sorry you had a negative experience . . .", etc. Please. You generate the experience through how you operate in your industry and frankly, you make the overseas guys look good, and that's bad.
Worst ever experience with any company
Never had an experience like this with a conpany before. Before they sold me they wpuld reply so promptly soon after I paid these guys started ignoring me. It took 3 weeks before they started posting. Onboarding meeting was not onboarding but a sales call. After a week in and going back and forth with them, I had to come up with my post and template myself. I asked for a refund and they refused. They asked me to be patient with them 4 weeks in these guys still could not deliver on a simple instruction like putting my posts in a specific order. After stating so many times that I no longer wish to continue with them they have now taken additional payment and wasted my time. I will now be looking into how to report this company

Would definitely stay away from them. Gave them manager access on my GMB page for fixing it, and later they ask for a code that I received, Google My business verification code, which is only used for taking full control of the page and get 100% ownership.

Stay away from that company, or get everything on paper, and don't trust the words they use over the phone call. I had terrible experiences with them trying to get refund for service I've never used, and they charged me for upfront for, without my permission. Because I wasn't able to connect with them for weeks, finally John (one of them) offered me one year for free a social media managment (that actually I was paying for). They didn't tell me about it, but they cancelled it completely, promising starting it back in January. Never happened... After 2 months of lying to me that my refund is on its way back to me, I had to call my bank and claim a fraud. Stay away!!!

Over the past year, I have been engaging with WebDynamics in hopes of boosting my business through their various marketing services. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. They initially took on the task of revamping my content, but the results were underwhelming; it felt boring and repetitive, lacking the creativity and dynamism I had anticipated. Next, they executed a like campaign supposedly to grow my reach, but it appeared to target mostly African “bots,” resulting in an absolute waste of both time and money.
Interestingly many are digital creators???

When it came to lead generation, the situation only deteriorated further. The leads generated were either non-responsive—many didn't even answer the phone—or they failed to engage with my business entirely, with some claiming they didn’t even have a Facebook account. This has turned out to be a complete joke, as my hard-earned dollars have gone down the drain without delivering any tangible results. Now, instead of focusing on growing my business, I find myself spending countless hours blocking around 19,000 bot followers. It’s incredibly frustrating to see my investment yield no real growth, and I am left feeling disillusioned with the whole process. I have spent several thousands of dollar over the last year and asked for some kind of refund, but nothing...my emails are being ignored.
