I loved this site at the beginning but as time went by the price's have got higher and higher

I ordered two school pinafores and a pair of girls’ pyjamas. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the condition and quality of the items. The pinafores arrived without any protective packaging and had visible signs of dust on them. The pyjamas were packaged, but the brand was not one I recognised and, unfortunately, they came up small for the stated size. I was also surprised by the postage cost, which was nearly £5 via Evri, particularly as the total cost of the items was only £10. I regularly send parcels with Evri myself and, based on the size and weight of this package, the postage seemed considerably higher than I would expect to pay for a parcel of this size. Overall, while the items themselves were reasonably priced, the condition of the pinafores, the sizing of the pyjamas and, in particular, the high postage cost have left me disappointed. Unfortunately, this experience would put me off ordering from the company online again.

I ordered a ladies' white sleeveless top that was advertised on sale for £8, down from a previous price of £24.99. Aside from the fact that the item ran too big when I tried it on, I discovered a major issue while repackaging it for a return.The original price tag on the garment itself was actually £7. Not only was the "original price" of £24.99 a complete lie to make it look like a massive discount, but I was actually charged £1 over the true original retail price. This kind of misleading advertising is dishonest and highly disappointing. I will not be shopping here again and will be reporting you to the trading standards.

I ordered several items, but unfortunately I have not received all of them. Meanwhile it was marked that the missing item was dispatched/delivered.Contacting the Customer Service is extremely difficult and I consider to never use them again.Chasing them for sending the missing item out.Their response is critical.Very disappointed.

Nice to get the items unfortunately one item was out of stock after taking payment dont understand that postage by evri. Not a fan. Plus higher postage than other online ordering using Evri. Item deliverd to wrong house as usual please use a more reliable service items bought were good.

A week later and my order still hasn’t dispatched. I’ve also received a partial refund for items which were the reason for my order in the first place. Unreliable.

I enjoy buying from this company , as they sell some lovely items which don’t break the bank.

Recently bought three pairs of trousers which were exactly as described. This led to me placing a second order for one of the pairs in a different colour, whilst doing so I also ordered pillows, boot liner, bath mat, tea towels and black briefs (which are better than those from the high street knicker shop) - all exactly as described and good value. Ordered 21st, received 26th which I don't think is an unreasonable delivery time. Thank you. I'll be back.

I bought a T shirt for my granddaughter - it was only £2 (and very well priced) . The cashier was so lovely - definitely shop here again. Thank you

Ordered two tops in an 18 and a large size - these did not fit so requested 'how to return' a fortnight ago. These clothes did not even fit a size 16 friend. No response so take it they do not accept returns on the cheaper items. Bad business.

Terrible experience with delivery service.
They ring with a random number, without prior notice if not answered refused to deliver parcel. Poor communication regarding delivery time.
This has put me off to purchase again with YKW. Still awaiting my parcel.
